We hooked it up and got heavy interference from the wi-fi network. Turned the wi-fi off and the interference went away - but reception was still not perfect. Also, the fact you have to take the batteries out to plug in the adapter on the receiver makes this a sub-par system. Luckily there are (finally!) better products out there now! 3 years ago when we had our first baby, the options for video monitors were very slim. We now have a safety 1st 900 mhz set up that has great picture and good sound, and zero interference from the wi-fi (though it does not have outstanding reception). Look around and you'll find a better option.

Faced with upconverting my 51 inch Panasonic Series 7 television to HDMI, I purchased this Series 8, 9 HDmi Input Module. I checked the Panasonic website and called them but got no verification that it would work for Series 7 and could find no available alternative. Perhaps Panasonic prefers to sell TV's. With the TV still upright (might be easier another way), I removed the four screws for the plate covering my previously unused slot 1, grounded myself, and slid the blade upward and in, having taken care that it was in the right orientation. Logitech's security camera is a joke. Easily destroyed by any theif with half a brain and made with such poor quality components it just doesn't have the guts to hack it in the real world. Example - the lens. A cheap fixed focal length junk camera lens. I've seen better lenses in disposable cameras. Most all REAL security cameras have variable focus lense with pan tilt and zoom. About all you can do with this is point it at a thermometer and read the temperature. I sent mine back - no need for more logitech video junk around here.

I like the video the only problem is i wish you could make it zoom in and out and have adio. The camera itself was great as far as video. I am going to try something else that hooks up to my pc with a reciever. I recieved everything on time which was nice.

Purchased these to have a little more security around my house. The intent was to eventually hook the cameras up to be recorded. However this will not be done, as I can only record one channel with these cameras. I have the choice of flipping between cameras or having all four on the screen at the same time. I will be purchasing something else in the future. For now, this are a good deterrent. I will note that when there is an electric storm, and one of the camera picks up the lightening, the alarm goes off because the system thinks one of the cameras has been disconnected. Pretty disturbing the first time it happened, now it just wakes me up.
