Why is it companies make such bad decisions? Don't the companies decision makers get paid 6 figure salaries? Yes, I have an Archos 7. Here is a run down from boot up: You have to register and create and account with Archos to be able to use the Web and Web Radio(?)"plug-in". I now go to the internet to be able to watch episodes of THE OFFICE - it will not play any episodes - you get a blank space with a Flash 9 jpg. The Archos 7/Opera is suppose to support Flash 9 -but it doesn't work on many Flash 9 websites. Well -on to YouTube -YES it plays YouTube videos and very nicely I might add! I click on a The Office video... it says can not play this video -you need to download the "Podcast AAC" plug-in! So I click on the "Buy" button and I'm taken to a page that says "Coming Soon". ... i love this mp3 player. it is small and sleek. does smudge a lot so the cloth you get with the item is handy. the video quality is great. the sound is awesome and the ear buds you get with it are the best. by far my fav mp3 player. LOVE IT!!

Super beautiful in ALL respects. Some quirks exist but easy to accept. FM radio is amazing and recording off air easy and clear but you must use earphones or headset for FM since they utilize that for the antenna. So you can not turn on the FM and stick it in your pocket and use built in speaker to listen to FM radio. Instructions not written by American so some interpretation necessary to understand some things. Instructions say ' mini SD' card for expansion but even this site uses ' micro' and ' mini' like they are interchangeable. Will buy expansion card when I figure out what fits. I purchased this when they first went on sale. It was a gift for my wife to use for her music lesson business. What a waste! For the first several days, my wife spent several hours with customer support. The support people were helpful, but most of the fixes have not worked long term. My wife and I are somewhat tech savvy, but this equipment did not and has not performed as expected.It has not worked correctly most of the past couple of years. As a result, my wife rarely is able to use it in her lessons. It has recorded music pieces over each other, but does not replace the previously recorded material. So it mixes the two pieces together. I've owned two previous Creative ZEN media players and they were excellent until Windows Vista came out. Then I found out Creative would not create updated software. My players became obsolete, I literally could not add new songs/books without tracking down an XP computer first. My ONLY choice (according to Creative) was to upgrade to a newer device. I spent $100's on these two devices (20gb and 60gb sized players) and now they sit on my obsolete hardware shelf. I was so upset I didn't even consider another Creative product, instead I went directly to Apple and bought a 160gb IPOD. I do not recommend EVER buying a creative product because they don't support them. I will NEVER buy another creative product no matter how good it is.
