If you've bought the new Panasonic Digital Camera, then this lens adapter is a "must have" for the avid photographer. Admittedly I am not the photo artist in the family, but hubby is and is thrilled to have this. Simple to use - just screw it onto to front "barrel" of the camera and then attach whatever other lens you want to use onto the other end. It would be a great stocking stuffer for your photo artist.

I absolutely adored this lense. Some of my best images came from it. I regret selling it instead of my 24-70 but live and learn. If you are thinking about buying this lense stop now and place your order. You will not regret it.

This is one of the best lenses you can buy for the price. The photos are clear and crisp. The only major problems is that it takes a ton of light to get a properly exposed picture, and if you don't have a DSLR that has AF built in it can be a challenge to get the lens to maintain its focus. This is a great lens for the price, just make sure you have a nice flash to get the most out of this lens.

I had the Tamron 24-135 lens and really loved it but it accidentally was dropped and broke so I replaced it with this because it was cheaper and I wanted to try the wider 18mm. It turns out this is an okay lens for casual shooting but I've noticed many shots coming back with poor focus points. I love the 18mm and can stand in a small room and still get the whole shot in. The 200mm is decent and seems to focus fine. This is not a lens for the professional but is a nice amateur stay-on-the-camera lens.

This is a great zoom lens from Nikon. With the vibration reduction the pictures are sharp and the zoom range is great. This may be the only lens that you need from wide angle to a medium telephoto. I'm very happy with this lens.

It's been about 2 months that I've had this lens and it almost never leaves my camera. I'm came to buying this lens after being lured in by the ever-so-attractive constant f/2.8 aperture. It was a contest between this lens and the Nikon 16-85 f/3.5-5.6 VR and now, I know I've made the right choice. First and foremost, the constant f/2.8 is what makes this lens worth every penny. I don't know how I ever got along with my old 18-55 kit lens. A really nice lens, great fun, great shots, a little slower than f2.8 more like f4. But still for the price it's great. At 17mm, not a huge wide angle effect, but still great for street shots.

FYI I just got my Sigma 30mm f/1.4 today. Everything's GREAT about it and it's like shooting film with 50mm again. I love lens. Color contrast etc looked GREAT. Bokeh is soft and beautiful (soft & creamy, not donut shaped, not harsh). However, it's got one serious flaw, one that's well reported on Amazon's review-- focus problem. Auto focus system tends to focus in front (like myopic) so whatever I'm aiming at is blurred. It's really GREAT in manual focus mode, but unusable in AF. Apparently, many people have had to send the lens to Sigma back for recalibration. I'm just going to return to the store tomorrow. Too bad. I was thrilled about it... it was like shooting film with my good 'ol 50mm lens. I guess I'll wait a while for Sigma to flush out problems. Otherwise, it's a really really nice lens. ... Read More

My first Macro lens on the Xti -- I am loving using it so far. The picture clarity is as sharp as can be, lovely background blur, great color. Its a simple lens for a simple job and beyond it also doubles as a pretty great portrait lens.
