I had the very good Sony NS75 upconverting player, but when I saw this new NS700 at such a great price (same as the NS75 two years ago), I jumped on it. The old NS75 did only 1080i, while this new player does 1080p. In fact, it's the first HDTV peripheral I've bought that exploits my nearly two-year-old A2000's native 1080p. I can't get over the picture quality of this TV. I have a 42" panansonic plasma in the living room but insist on watching TV in my son's room instead. Love the features although the sound is normal. I saw the ratings on CNET and compared the TV to its competitors and saw the difference. Go ahead and buy this TV and you will not regret it.

The Olympus Microcassette Recorder S711 is the perfect utensil for corporate meetings, fun stuff, and stuff you know you want to remember. At first, when searching I'd looked towards Sony for their microcassette recorders. Sony is also tiny, well made, and worth the price compared to the Olympus. But I wanted to test the Olympus out. I have used this financial calculator for about two weeks now. Compared to the HP one that my friend has, I believe this one is definitely superior. Overall, it is easier to manipulate with this one. One big advantage the TI has over the HP is when computing combinations and permutations: for the TI the fast keys are in place, whereas with an HP you would need to run the formulas manually which is extremely time-consuming. I give this one two thumbs up for people taking the CFA exams. However, one drawback I want to mention is the fact that sometimes the pressed buttons aren't entered; you have to plug in the numbers and symbols pretty slowly in order to be 100% sure that all of those are entered in. I would need a little more practice with the calculator to use it with a little more speed.

I recently purchased 2 of these 500 giggers from Amazon for my Macbook Pro. I read these work real well with Macs and I wanted one to use for video storage with iMovie, and the other to use with Time Machine as a backup. Their setup was easy as pie. Just plug them in, the Mac sees them instantly and kicks in their Lacie format wizard. In a quick 2-3 step process, I had them formatted in the MAC OS X Extended format in just minutes. I made my first Time Machine backup (and several since), and moved my video files (iMovie events) off. These drives are very quiet, look cool, and just work like a champ!

I own a McIntosh sound system around 5k. For 100 Bucks this system is a steal, It's not a surround system, but for the money it is Amazing !!

Though I've only recently opened my hard drive it's worked flawlessly. Backup is quick and easy, and the device is quiet. The one downside as noted before is the lack of an on/off switch and just a plug-in. However, I wouldn't let that deter you from buying this product, especially when it's on sale.
