I've had this monocular scope for a few weeks now. I haven't been able to find any reviews on this monocular. I'm guessing that it is either too new for any extensive reviews, or this product was a failure, and its on the way out.

In either case, I'll provide maybe the 1st review I've seen anywhere.

Pros: Great optical clarity. Zoom is a very useful function, especially with a portable optical scope. The eye relief is much much better than most others out there, (yeah, what eye relief right?). People wearing glasses will be able to enjoy this scope, and it works equally well when viewed directly pressed against your eyes. The Bak-4 Prism as well as the multi-coated lenses produces awesome clarity. Unlike many junkyard ocular scopes out there, the multi-coated lenses ... Read More

This items clarity is adequate for what I need. The lens span a little wide for my eyes even when closed completely. It is not compatible with Mac computers which I don't like. But the images are ok on a PC.
For the price it is a good set...

it is worth its price. I strongly suggest to people who have interest in microscopy. Easy setup (actually out-of-the-box ready!) 5 free uniteresting slides, but still good enough to set up your fine tunes.

set up of the telescope is a breeze. the instructions were clear and also had pictures for reference. it took me about 10 minutes to get it together. i see people complaining the tripod is "unstable" NOT TRUE! its called tightening it! problem solved.
the finder scope is made of plastic but hey, its not your main scope and look at what you paid for. the entire setup does feel cheap but think of it in terms of value.
the entire weight is manageable, not portable but not very heavy.
the direction adjustment knobs stick out way too far for what it does and it might get in your way if your not careful.
now, lets get too the good stuff. WHAT CAN YOU SEE???
my first target was the moon, it was clear and high detail, not a difficult task. i went onto jupiter, pretty much ... Read More

First of all, these binocs are very lightweight (but don't feel like a toy) and fold to jacket pocket size, a real plus. Optics also seem to be what I would expect from Nikon. Overall very satisfied for the price. Will probably also buy the higher mag version for home use. Great glasses to take along on a hike for birding etc., esp. if you are also carrying camera gear and don't want to be weighted down.

I had a pair like this when I wore contacts and they were great.
Now my eyes are 20/20 20/15, it's a no go now darn it.
They also will not focus closer than 20 + or - yards.
They are very clear and good binos just not for me.

57.Orion SkyLine Green Laser Pointer and Bracket for SkyScout from: Orion

Electronics : Orion SkyLine Green Laser Pointer and Bracket for SkyScout
If you already own a Skyscout you might as well spend a little extra money to widen your experience stargazing. You no longer need to use your finger or tell your friends "no, not that one, the one next to it". The laser points exactly where you should be looking.
The laser takes about 12 minutes out of the box to get sighted to the Skyscout. I love it.

Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Electronics : Barska Starwatcher 400x70mm Refractor Telescope w/Tabletop Tripoc & Carry Case
This telepscope is a very good telescope.very powerful and clear.easy to use even for a beginner.the only complaint may be the tripod is small and you need to have a sturdy base to set it on for it is too small to use by itself.but if you have a sturdy deck or outside patio or just happen to have a full sized tripod of your own this makes an excellent telescope for astronomers of all ages and skill levels.
