The concept is great. Unfortunately the literature did not mention that it does not work with all cell phones. I have a Treo 755 and found out it does not work with Palms. I returned it. I could receive calls but not call out.

This was one of those perfect purchasing experiences. The product was well represented, it was shipped and arrived promptly, and it has lived up to my expectations and more. Because we're cutting laundry costs, I have been doing more ironing lately. The annoyance of cords on irons is what drove me to look for a cordless iron. What I have found is one that heats just as quickly, has a stable base that keeps it from toppling off the ironing board, steams clothes, and can be put away in its pretty case even while still hot. We bought this set 5 months ago. At first, picture was really great. But after 4 months of use, a blue-green vertical stripe appeared at the left side of the screen. I have contacted Panasonic, and they said there was a TV NORM problem (since I bought it in the states, but moved to a PAL-N country and that I should pay for fixing it up, because the warranty was void, for being "out of zone". The answer is ridiculous. Both about the problem and about the solution, since we have a Panasonic representant in our country. Noneless to say, is not easy to move a 42" TV set. Excellent telephone. Our office recently purchased 4 of these high quality telephones. Excellent sound quality. The intercom and the ability to forward calls from each phone is outstanding. A two line telephone with many convenient options, including unique rings for each phone and each line and for the intercom. Superb annuciator system shows what phone is being used. Automatic roll over to the unused line when you are making calls, no need to hunt for the correct line and button. Would buy again. Some people may consider the need of the transformer and power cord (for the intercom) a nuisance.

I am rating this a 2 only because you HAVE TO use the lousy software that comes with it.I would like to say that J. Henry said all that was going through my head. I don't have the patience for this...if I could just convince my hubby to try the comparable Sony we were looking at....it just didn't seem to be as user friendly....that might be something I can learn to deal with and overcome! Great Camera, lousy software and no way around it!

I was looking for a DVR to replace my old TIVO unit and after much searching I decided on this unit. Since I was connecting it to a cable TV input I didn't need a tuner. In a nutshell the unit has performed very well. I didn't have any problem setting it up as the instructions were pretty clear. The picture from bought DVD's is very good. I am using the HDMI output to my AV Receiver. My input is the s-video. So far the shows I have recorded in the 2hr (SP)mode (using a RAM disc) have been very good. Since the recorder can control my cable box (a great plus!)I tried programing and recording a HBO movie at night. The setup was like a VCR and after a short while becomes easy. Hey, I got this DVD player about a month ago on the recommendation of AMB Media Services and it was well worth the cost. This player was recommended to us after our latest crappy cheapo DVD player started acting up. I just had to clear off the space on my teeny tiny TV cabinet so that this long, flat machine can hog all of the cabinet top space, but so far, I think it's TOTALLY worth it to get a DVD player that works all the time, everytime, and I'll never go cheapo again!

This camera is a great camera. Can view at night and in day. Set up was a cinch. Needs to be set up with wired cable, inorder to input wireless information.
