I use this with iTunes software to print CD case fronts for personal use and gifts - it is great - set up Canon inkjet printer @ Photo Plus Glossy and it comes out sharp - almost dry to touch - and folds nicely. Trim to fit your case and it looks professional. It is reasonably priced and performs well in many 'everyday' picture projects. Good Looking! JohnC

Printer cartridges are so expensive that the last time I replaced mine I went with a refurbished one. There's a HUGE difference. The refurbished one made every page look as if it had been run over by a truck on a gritty street. This HP C7115X Ultra Precise Toner Cartridge is worth every penny (almost twice as much as the refurbished). The print is very crisp and clean, with absolutely no specs anywhere. This is the gold standard. This one also prints more pages than the next model down, and for the little extra it's a bargain.

Printed documents are not evenly colored. I did clearn up the cartridge again and again using the "clean up" command for my printer, but it didn't solve the problem at all.

Works great as a business printer. Very fast output. However the photo quality is very poor. I had the Officejet D145 which had superior photo print quality. I am going to have to purchase a separate printer to print my brochures.

As inks go, this appears to be very good stuff. In fact, they say it's guaranteed to last 200+ years, although I'm not sure who around me will go ask for a free cartridge if my documents or photos only last 150 years. More to the point, it DOES look great. On the other hand, these cartridges are around 30 bucks a piece and I need 8, so it rather irks me that the cartridges are so small. Perhaps that's a comment more appropriate for a review of the printer design, but it's worth noting here. Also worth noting is that you SHOULD NOT immediately replace the ink cartridge in your HP B9180 when you get a message from it saying that this or that cartridge is about to run out. This ink produces some nice photos on my HP printer. It takes a little while for the ink to totally dry (I usually give it 24 hours before framing) but the photos are clean and sharp.

The cover and the screen itself is very glossy, and therefore prone to fingerprints, but the laptop comes with a cloth you can use to wipe them away with ease.
