I absolutely LOVE this thing! It is one of the best investments I have ever made and highly recommend this GPS. I drive am a substitute school bus driver which means I don't often drive the same route. Originally, I was assigned to work in a city that I did not live in so I was unfamiliar with the roads. While a paper map is helpful, you can't see the street signs in the wee dark hours of the morning until you are on top of them. Even when not directing me, this Garmin is great to run on map mode because it gives you the names of the street you are approaching at least a block in advance. Great product, very useful. One thing I found missing in this GPS is 'Text to speech' feature. For turning right, GPS will say turn right and it will not say 'turn right onto '. I knew that before I purchase. Now I am used to this GPS. Overall I am very happy with the product. I am recommanding Garmin GPS to my friends.

I bought this carrying case for my Garmin Golflogix GPS. However, the unit will only fit in the case (and with great difficulty) after taking all attachments off the GPS first. It is virtually worthless to me.

The amount of time for the device to connect to a satellite can sometimes take up to 2-3mins. Not very efficient when you need to be on the go right away. Other than that, the product is very nice.
