The screen could be bigger and the directions to how to use the GPS is very limited. The mount for the car is diffult to use and many times it takes very long time to track your current position?

QUITE GLAD!!! Was shipped and delivered as promised... I havent' had the time to use it as much as I desire, but is very nice-looking, wider screen than the StreetPilot I had, faster and more accurate. I'm very happy with this Nuvi, should I say, so far....

I am very happy with this GPS. You don't need to spend hundreds on a unit. This model is basic but has all the main options anyone would need. It is accurate and gets me exactly where I want to go. These GPS units absolutely amaze me with their stunningly precise technology.

Great product, I had a Nuvi 350 before and it had issues. It was stolen so I replaced with this one, the 360. Much better and much faster at locating satellites. Also not as many issues with the keyboard. I would highly recommend this to anyone that travels often.

As expected, Garmin has put out a nice product here. The screen is bright in all types of light, the ease of use is a plus and the windshield mount, though the unit tends to jiggle when you press on the screen, holds up rather nicely in different temperatures. When I opened up the box, there it was, rested and ready to go. I picked it up and held it gently in both hands and took it outside on the deck to capture the satellites and reposition it internally. I went through all the menus and programed it to my likings. Went back inside the house and plugged it into the USB and uploaded all the saved routes from my Garming eTrex HCX. The Garmin StreetPilot 580 is an awesome GPS especially at the price I had paid for it ($189.99). Gives accurate directions all the time and although I have not started my one-year trial for the MSN Direct service yet, I am fully satisfied with the product. There are a few times when it takes me to a more complicated route (i.e. taking more turns to get to an address but still going to the right place). Also, with this product, you might want to consider updating/buying a map upgrade since it is a little dated. Overall, I would recommend this GPS to anyone who wants a whole lot of feature for a bargain.

I am a guy who has had GPS for many years now. I have had handhelds since handhelds came out in the late 90's. I have had expereince with the military GPS in the mid/late 80's when the GPS was the entire back of a Hummer!! But I digress. This is about the new Nuvi 370. I dont hate it, but I definately dont love it. It is small, but not compact. The screen is fairly bright, but still is hard to read in bright sunlight. The voice mispronounces "almost" everything she reads. You really have to pay attention to what she is trying to say. There is also a flaw in the design as far as it frequently "thinks" there is a turn if there is a bend in the road. This unit is much improved over my Garmin that I purchased 3 years ago or so. The main differences are the better and brighter screen, the thinness of the unit and of course: saying the actual street names instead of simply turning in 500 feet! If you are updating or getting your first GPS, this is a good base model to start out with. It is feature rich and the price is right! You really can't go wrong with the secure feeling you get just having this along in your car whether you are just driving around town or taking a road trip. Well worth the $200!

I had the 101 I think it was called and that worked but when I got the 305 and hooked everything up it was great! what a great tool and so indepth. more stuff then i need but it's nice to know if and when I need it, I have it!

I truly do love this product! I had been advised by several friends to avoid two other brands, as they were difficult to use. Garmin as a brand came the most highly reccomended by the most people I had spoken to. So my only decision was which Garmin to buy. I chose the 650 because of the 4.3 in screen and the fact that I live near the Canadian border, and wanted maps of Canada as well. I had also decided that I wanted street names spoken. It was easy and intuitive to use right out of the box. I practiced close to home just to get used to it and then a week later took it on my first trip. It was wonderful. I highly recommend a Garmin.
