Sony XDRF1HD HD Radio Tuner clearly exceeded my expectations! This receiver has an incredible tuner, especially by today's standards, when it comes to DX'ing AM or FM. This receiver was able to pick up several long distant stations, and picked up a few more HD signals than my other unit. You will not be disappointed!

I bought one "home" Delphi dock station for the office, two "car" kits for our vehicles, and the boombox for the patio. Only need one XM subscription this way. The home docking kit is a no-brainer to install. The car kit is a bit more of a challenge to do neatly, and the boombox is a goofy design but it's inexpensive and functional. The home kit antenna cord is a generous 20' and longer extensions are available if that isn't enough.

Well, I love the color display, ability to rewind and play back a track. The one thing I dislike is the reception of the built-in FM modulator. On my RoadyXT the unit could be far away from the radio or adapter and come in clear, this one has to be positioned just right or it is all scratchy, no matter what un-used FM channel I choose. I do have an input jack in my dash on my HHR so I use that to connect, otherwise I'd return it. Other than that it works fine in the car and on the home-dock I use also.

Too bad the xm radio doesn't work in my house. I needed to buy a repeater. It works.

I didn't want to get another portable radio but my last sportster broke when I dropped it. This one works great and I am extemely happy with the addition of the auxilary plug and bypassing the fm transmitter. Now I never have static or have to worry about an open station. It doesn't have the travel capability of the Stiletto but I have an ipod and do not need that anyway. I think it is a great radio and worth the money. It was cheaper on Amazon then the Sirius website or any other place with the free shipping.

This Sirius receiver is great because it is so versatile. Put your own music on an SD card and you have your favorite tunes when you don't have Sirius reception. Want to listen to Sirius music when you don't have reception? No problem. This thing automatically records whenever it is on. I leave mine on in the car at night so I have fresh music the next day in the office. You can schedule recordings too but unfortunately the receiver does not turn itself on to catch your schedule. Add in the facts that it is mobile, you can listen to Sirius anywhere you have wifi access, and of course, in your car with the car kit, and you have awesome versatility. The battery life is also great. I've never even gotten close to a low battery and I listen to it all day. And I haven't experienced any bugs.

This item worked well for a couple of weeks before the AUDIO OUT receptacle stopped producing a signal. The radio still received power, and the radio received a signal from the antenna, and the audio cable worked when tested with other devices. I returned the cradle to Audiovox since the source of the problem is apparently the AUDIO OUT receptacle on that component. I quickly received a cradle back from Audiovox (probably the same unit that I sent to them, but I didn't note the serial number). Once again, the radio received power and a good signal, but no AUDIO OUT signal was produced from the cradle. I sent the entire kit back to Audiovox and after waiting for a couple of weeks, I called to ask about the status.
