I picked up the Shure M97xE to use as a back up to an AT95E. I really like the sound of this Shure. It is broken in now and I have a hard time deciding between it and the AT95E. The brush also does a good job of cleaning the track before the stylus comes across. Well worth the purchase price.

Nice looking, works well right out of the box. Plays LP's with surprising quality. Unit itself is light and a little flimsy but I do not regret selecting it. It works perfectly with my old record albums and my new Sony surround sound system. Great price!

Ther needles were received on a timely basis and work as expected. What was unsettling was that three weeks later I received a duplicate invoice from what appeared to be the same company, indicating they were shipping the needles. Price was twice what I was originally charged. I replied with a copy of the original invoice in a sharply worded email. I never heard back from them, nor was my credit card charged for the duplicate order and the order appeared never to have been shipped. I was wondering if someone broke into their order system and was phishing for information. Most disturbing!

Really good protection for my ipod, only problem is the touch pad controls aren't as sensitive with the case on. And they cover the words (menu, play, pause, etc.), which is annoying if it's your first ipod like mine. I cut that part off with an exacto knife and a piece cardboard. Not sure if the touch pad requires that extra protection.

I am replacing an AT440PC that retailed for $270.00 back in 1985 and I loved. This is the current equivalent. I don't think it's quite as sweet sounding as the 440PC, but it's not completely broken in yet. I have owned Grados, Ortifons, and I tried the Sure M97xE before this and I returned it. To me there is no comparison, the AT is a VASTLY superior cartridge to all of these in my system. It gets five stars from me because at the price, I don't believe there is anything to compare to it. I don't see how this design could be improved upon. Great product that fits your Ipod like a glove. Make sure to order the correct size as Ipods vary in size between models.

This laser is pretty fun. It is reeally small, though- i.e. it really does fit in your pocket. I like it a lot, but the only thing I could say that's wrong with it is it's not very bright. The room has to be pretty dark for it to be impressive. Also, the actual laser projection isn't very wide unless you move the laser really far away from the wall or ceiling that you're projecting it on. But for the price it's a pretty sweet lil gadget.

This is a great portable player. The sound lacks a real punch (or really any punch at all) but that's to be expected with this setup. It works and sounds great for what it is. The only thing I would like to see added is an external outlet for other speakers.
