It's amazing how much your muscles feel after just ten minutes. The three different workouts I have tried have been really good. I like being able to program your own workout. Overall, If I can keep doing them I think they are going to be very effective.

it is a good product if you are just starting out and need motivation to workout.

I liked Lara Hudson's previous DVD, 10 Minutes Solution Pilates. I lost weight and built physical strength following her Pilates techniques for the last 3 years, so I decided to buy the new DVD, 10 Minutes Rapid Results. I was very disappointed with the new DVD. It's not nearly as good as the old one. It's too easy and boring. I don't think it's challenging enough even for a beginner. I've recommended and bought Lara's other DVD to friends, but I don't recommend this one at all.

Great DVD! I was extremely happy when it arrived and a pilates band was included. When I placed the order, I didn't notice the purple circle on the DVD cover saying it was included. Before buying the DVD, I rented it and purchased three variable strength 5 ft bands through eBay. I was frustrated when I tried them out because they were all too short, even though I read that 5 ft. was perfect for my height 5'7". Anyways, the band included with this DVD is the perfect length. I can't wait to use it.

The good bit: I found that the DVD was well structured with 10 min sequences that provide a good workout at an intermediate to advanced level. The not so good bit: I personally found the music and atmosphere of the DVD rather hectic, that is to say not relaxing, and rather lacking the elegance and harmony of what Pilates, in my opinion, is all about. I would not recommend this video for beginners as it is rather lacking in cues for breathing, and seems to assume a prior knowledge of the techniques of employing one's core strength.

This is my second purchase of the 10 Minute Solution Series. I like the way the DVD is formatted ... you can pick your 10 minute segments depending on how much time you have/what body group you want to work or do the combined workout segment that works a little of each. Some of the moves were tough (felt my muscles burn) while others seemed less effective. Overall I like the DVD and have shared it with friends who also like the DVD and format.

This really is a great video if you haven't done much exercising before. You do get great results and you can customize your workout to suit your needs. Definitely a great place to begin a lifestyle of fitness! However, after about two months or so you'll begin to plateau and need to do a more intense work out to get stronger. This is my third 10 Minute Solution DVD. I did every 10 minute segment and felt like the exercises were challenging and just the right amount of time (you can pick/choose a few workouts to get in a 30 minute workout). I would highly recommend this DVD for the fitness ball (safe exercises).

This workout doesn't mess around. I workout everyday and I was struggling to keep up, especially on the first section "Hot Body Cardio"...wow! I also loved the amount of cardio that is featured on this DVD. I really liked the instructor, Amy Bento. She was very encouraging and gave helpful instructions. I can definitely feel my muscles after this workout plus I feel that I got a good cardio workout, too. The toning sections "Ab Assault and "Rock Bottom Sculpt" had some really unique moves that I have not done in other workouts. I will be adding this to my rotation to do on a regular basis, that is for sure!

After a shaky first trimester, my doctor gave me the ok to exercise again. I started shopping for a good, fun workout DVD. I tried the "Buff Moms-to-be" workout - don't bother with that one. Way to wimpy. Next, I got the "The Perfect Pregnancy Workout" DVD. I love that workout. By far my favorite. However, there isn't much core work involved, so I thought I'll get a pilates DVD, so I can alternate workouts. So, I ordered "Pilates during Pregnancy." That workout is way too brutal. It made me hurt all over, and not in a good way. Finally, I ordered the "10-Minute Solution Prenatal Pilates" DVD. Oh, how I love this workout. The whole body gets a workout.
