Yoga For Beginners I Have two disk lower back that are bad. I have been three DR's no help and then went to a rheumatism and she send me to a real Back Dr and he stated if I do the surgery there is a 40% you will be worst. But, this DVD has helped my core back to be not in pain. I'm 5'7" and 135# and 53 years or age. If I can not have a surgery I'm better off. So, good for me and good for the DVD and Barbara Benagh for helping me thru the pain. And of course finding the the right Doctors to treat the pain and encourage me to do core back exercise to help my pain. Quess what it helped and do yourself the same.

This is my first experience with yoga (although I have been doing pilates for about 2 years). At first, this DVD was a little, strange. I don't know, that's the only way to put it... It was more philosophical than I usually expect my workouts to be. But since I got over the quirks I have grown to like this DVD a lot and I will probably buy more of Ana Brett and Ravi Singh's products. If you are new to yoga I would recommend it because I was able to do all of the moves. My only complaint is that it is kind of long... you can program it to just put the parts you like but some people just find that too confusing.

This was o.k. Pros: Nice setting, soothing music Good workout Cons: Not enough explanations. Not good for beginners pretty boring and monotonous

We liked the DVD and we really liked that it only took a few days to get to us. Great seller.Great price and this seller is recommended.

Overall this is a fine, challenging yoga DVD for those with some yoga experience and a good fitness level. However the production is really distracting; all the participants are dressed in tight white underwear and the cameramen focus on their "bulges" and Bryan Kest provocatively grabbing them in intimate spots to guide their poses rather than showing us clearly how the poses should look. It seems like he is going for a "avant garde, sexy" ambiance but it gets really annoying if you are just focusing on getting a good yoga workout.

I bought another DVD from this teacher, which I loved and gave to everyone last year as a gift. I checked out this stress relief DVD (and who doesn't need this now??) and love it - I will be getting this one for a lot of people this year. It is a great DVD with tons of great routines on it.

I love Beginners & Beyond just as much as all of Ana & Ravi's workouts. I look so forward to waking up in the morning just so I can pop in one of my KY dvd's and get my fix for the day. If for some reason I am not able to get in my KY in the morning I just feel blah. I feel so energized yet calm at the same time after completing any of their workouts. I recommend that you give this one a try. It is well worth it.

Product arrived in a timely manner. The DVD was packaged well to prevent damage and was in it self in excellent condition. Plays well too.

This DVD was what I needed to learn yoga. I am not what could be called limber by any stretch of the imagination and yoga always seemed intimidating. Judi was able to get me past that with her good instruction and gentlew voice. She explains the poses in detail at a pace that I was able to follow and the DVD seemed designed for me in how she made each pose accessible with many recommendations and suggestions throughout. Good selection of routines depending on what you would like to work on and also some general routines too. Very good.

I love kundalini yoga because it isnt so hard to be mindful. But at the same time my body truly craves the tradtional stretching of yoga. This a great combination at both, the mediditation at the end always makes me cry, which can be a little confusing, even so I always look forward to doing it.
