Great piece of work I enjoyed very much. This is I would recomend for those that are looking for the musical part to Les Miserables.

The CD arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged to survive the trip through the US mail. Wonderful price; excellent audio; amazing movie!

i really thought this girl had alot of courage! jumping a horse off a ramp into the water which is a true story and was done for a while, i have trained horses in the past and own some now and i'm not sure i would want one to fly, so i thought she had alot of well...you know what..... and good for her and of course the brave horse, what an animal!! to do that!! good movie!!

I love the bikes in the movie. The special feature w/ the interviews of the actors was really interesting.

An excellent movie about the extraction of a US General held captive in an Alpine fortress during WWII. Its pack with action, intrigue and convoluted snips that keep the viewer guessing, never a dull moment. I've seen it more then once and I keep going back to see it again.

While the discs look good and play well and the price was very reasonable, the outer cover on this collector's edition is very torn and looks awful. It affects the function of the binding on the nice outer cover wrapping. This was not advertised in item and if it had been, I would not have purchased.

In Breaker Morant we're shown what most of us suspect anyway-- that in war, the demands of politics trump the demands of justice. Kubrick revealed the lesson in 1958's Paths of Glory, where it was the French high command sacrificing three hapless dogfaces to protect France's war effort or at least those charged with waging it. Here it's the fabled British Empire on which the sun never sets and whose responsibility never ceases. Although I usually prefer classical music or pre-1950s popular music, I do enjoy the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. This is a very good sampling from his musicals. My only complaint is that some of the singing is not as good as it should be. Except for the opening number which was poorly sung, it sounded OK until I heard Sarah Brightman and Kiri Te Kanawa towards the end of the concert. Then I realized how much better this concert would have been if it had all been sung by singers of their skills.

It's like the longest yard except with dingalings and maffiaso instead of footballs. Robert Redford did a good job of dying at the end. All the weiners in the movie were applaudable. The bridge over the kiwi river was rebuilt even stronger tha ever with the help of the guards who were tired of their team captain.
