Gripped by the same wave excitement that hit me when I first heard the theme music playing as the MK logo came up on screen. The film is pure action entertainment, closer to Whasango (Volcano High) than Fist of Legend in terms of fight value. One of those movies where you can't take it just for the action, nor just for the cheesy story line, nor the nerd-thrilling presentation. Gotta take it as a whole package while you're chilling with your buddies coz it can do nothing but ROCK YOUR WORLD!

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and thought it was poorly made.
It's like the editors and special effects crew were to drunk to make anything look good. And the acting was so forced high school students could do a better job.

DVD : Kathy Smith - Cardio Knockout
The "Kickboxing Workout" is by far my favorite kickboxing video. I use it over and over and I never get bored with the routine. It is approx. 40 minutes (although it says 120 min on the back cover which is incorrect). I like the class setting and the students and upbeat music help to keep the workout interesting. I recognized Keli Roberts in the video (she has short hair and is tough, tough, tough), but I don't recognize the others. The time flies by with Kathy Smith's instructions and you'll definitely work up a sweat and burn calories with this workout. You will work on your punching and kicking and your skills will improve if you use this video.

You also get a longer kickbox routine with professional boxer Michael Olajide and a short Tai Chi stretch routine with Keli Robers and ... Read More

Kathy Smith's cardio knockout DVD is a great buy for anyone looking for an easy way to reach any workout goals - endurance, strength, or just upping your workout regime. Its great for beginers, you can start as slow and easy as you want to - but keeping up with the DVD is really where you get the cardio. The kickboxing routine is the only one I have done so far - and I loved it! 25 minutes of punches, kicks, and continuous movement was stimulating (and tiring!) By the end of it I wasn't sure I could go any longer - but then there is a five minute intensive focusing on buns and thighs so I figured "Hey, whats five more minutes" and then a nice, full stretching cool-down followed by another five minute intensive focusing on back and abs. What I like the most about this is that you get what you put into ... Read More

DVD : China O'Brien
China O'Brien stars Cynthia Rothrock as a big city gendarme who returns to her itty bitty home town when her father decides to retire as the local sheriff. Of course, the bad guys give him a dose of the ol' Lead Pension plan and before you can say Hackneyed Plot Point China is running for sheriff so she can bring in the desperados who gunned her Daddy down! She joins forces with that same Australian karate guy thats shows up in most of her movies(like Tiger Claws) and a one handed, motor cycle riding Indian kid who had a hand chopped off by the same guys what iced Daddy O'Brien.(These evil dudes are busy. Maybe the local Villains Union is understaffed) Everything is pretty typical and if you like Cynthia then you'll most likely enjoy this flick. However, if you aren't more than a casual fan of the star ... Read More

Looking for a dumb movie with a lot of dumb and a side helping of dumb, look no further. A sad offering from Mr. Lawrence, an actor/comedian who has done so much better.

10.Picasso Trigger starring: Steve Bond, Dona Speir, Hope Marie Carlton, Harold Diamond, John Aprea
directed by: Andy Sidaris
October 23, 2001
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

DVD : Picasso Trigger
For those of you who don't know, a "Picasso Trigger" is a tropical fish. Andy Sidaris' decision to code-name a stone-cold killer after a fish tells you pretty much everything about the atmosphere of this film. If you're in a serious mood don't bother opening the wrapper. But if you're not, and I know I try not to be, PICASSO TRIGGER is a fantastic romp through a sunlit, smiling, no-holds barred T&A universe.

Andy Sidaris deserves (and ultimately will receive)a Special Lifetime Achievement Oscar for his filmmaking. An Emmy winner (for ABC's Wide World of Sports), Andy loves athletic and energetic people, and it shows in his casting of Playmates and Soap Opera hunks in his films. There's plenty of gunslinging action and lots of softcore love scenes. "Bullets, Bombs and Babes" is the Sidaris motto, ... Read More
