This dvd provides a challenging, but safe prenatal workout. I like that I actually feel like I've worked out and my muscles can feel it the next day.

I think this is a good movie played very well and as noted by other reviewers great cinematography and some humor but it has some minuspoints as well. It misses drama. With this I don't mean sentimentality but rather the absence of intensity in the plot, it is more of a sketch than a fully colored, worked out storyline and I somehow felt that the movie rushes linearly to a predictable but rather unconvincing end without enough intensity, surprises or twists. As a viewer I just did not get the feeling that the choice (between 'the love she can't forget and the desire she can't resist') for Camille was a difficult one to make. Most other workouts show photos of Mom and baby together on the cover, but in the actual video, there is little to no interaction with the baby in your workout. But this video truly involves the baby in Mommy's exercises! I just finished a quick 20 min workout with my baby, and my baby LOVED doing these exercises with me!! He was laughing and smiling, having a ball! I highly recommend this video. I have her prenatal video, which I found to be too advanced for me, but this video is just right. I feel a little sore, but not too much. I got a good workout and some quality interaction with my baby, it's perfect!
