What an ambitious project; six interlocking short films from six directors with the outstanding animation based on Japanese Anime art.

The stories - Have I Got a Story For You, Crossfire, Field Test, In Darkness Dwells, Working Through Pain, Deadshot - capture a variety of angles in the life of Bruce Wayne and the conflicting elements in keeping the peace in Gotham City as Batman. There are a variety of bonus features, depending on the DVD set that is purchased, including the documentary, Batman and Me: The Bob Kane Story, and four episodes of Batman: The Animated Series.

This is a fantastic work of art that is solidly placed in the small front pack of classic material that explains and celebrates the life and times of the iconic crime fighter.

Very entertaining, hours upon hours of fun. Very catchy opening song to the show by Puffy Amiyumi. This show makes Robin too cool. He reminds me of a mini Batman, it's just great. My daughters enjoy this show and so do I.

Teen Titans- The Complete Third Season sees the Titans going up against Slade yet again as well as Brother Blood. This season ranges from the very humorous(Bunny Raven, Revolution) to the more intense(Deception, Haunted, X, Titans East). Yet, what I like most is the special feature-Know your Foe- which is a list of the villians the Titans encountered in the third season; like Brother Blood, Professor Chang, Mad Mod and Mumbo Jumbo. I wish they would have more special features on these DVDs like Season 1, that would give me more incentive to buy them. As it stands, though, I'm happy with what I'm given.

Season Three is actually pretty good, Probably the best season thus far. Definitely worth getting if I were you.

Because this is the greatest cartoon show i ever seen. No kidding, there all in places: comedy - very funny, action - plenty of, drama - very sad, especially Terra story line, even horror, does not really scare but worry alot. I bought it, and absolutely no regrets.

Enjoyable, fun season of superhero action and melodrama, and arguably a refreshing alternative to the grim & gritty doings of other animated shows.

Why "arguably"? Well, the heavy manga/anime influence, with its exclamation points appearing over characters' heads and characters eyes bugging out when they're surprised (and other frequent exaggerated flourishes) takes some getting used to, as does the more simplistic, cartoony look of the characters themselves. But all that is eventually kind of cute once you get used to it. And it doesn't take away from the drama and action, which is generous and well done in these thirteen episodes. Having said that, though, I think I still prefer my serious superhero fare to be more consistently, well... serious. But, again, the occasional goofiness on display is not ... Read More

After the final season of Teen Titans, this direct-to-dvd was released as the final Teen Titan adventure we'd ever see. The story goes a little something like this....A robot shows up in Jump City and blows up the Titans Tower. Robin is quite pissed about this but figures out that it was from Tokyo. So, the gang heads off to Tokyo in search of this robot. What they get is more than they bargained for. While it lacks the better polish of the TV episodes(in terms of storylines & content), it more than makes up for in humor. I couldn't stop laughing at some of the idiotic antics that went on onscreen. It was simply hilarious to me. The only extras we get are The Lost Episode and the dvd game:Robin's Underworld Race Challenge. While it woulda been nice to have had more from its' creator, it was an okay addition to the dvd(although, ... Read More

This movie, I think, is well done. If you like the artistic form of the young female body, you will love this movie. The scenes of the little girls were done very tastefully. I have always enjoyed viewing the female body in its purest form. It is a beautiful creation that many people, especially men, take for granted. There is nothing sexual or arousing about any of the scenes and they are done in the most prestigious of settings. Very well constructed.

The plot is a great one. The only problem I had with this movie is when the girls were in "the big nothing," the story started to bcome like choppy sentences. The scenes changed to quickly and Angela was getting too many signs. I think that this part was a little overdone. The ending, although very dramatic and appropriate for the movie, could have been laid out ... Read More

We have been doing scenes in our Actors Workshop from this play and
decided to view it. Disappointed they changed some of the dialogue, but
other then that the performances were very good.
