My husband saw this movie on TV. Went online and bought it for him so he could watch it at his leisure. My husband admired Mr. Earnhardt for the way he got from where he was to the great racer he became. Thank you.

Sadly enough, it was largely unfunny and uninteresting. I love Uma Thurman and I love Luke Wilson, but apparently they are two great tastes that do not taste great together. I am curious as to what it was about the script that attracted them.

Uma Thurman plays Jenny Johnson, a single, lonely artist, and her alter ego -- the super hero G-Girl. Jenny begins dating Matt (Luke Wilson), revealing her alter ego over the course of their relationship, and after her insane, neurotic, girl-jealousy prods him to break up with her, she uses her super powers to make him really, really regret dumping her. There was nothing at all interesting about either character.

Luke Wilson's Matt was stereotypical Luke Wilson. An adorable, average sort of guy totally lacking the gentle likability ... Read More

There are quite a lot of negative reviews here about the Sandlot 2. Honestly, i don't think it's as bad as many claim. It's not a GREAT movie, but it's not bad. The problem is that it's supposed to be a sequel, yet it retreads every single theme from the first movie. If this were the only Sandlot film made, it would probably be considered much better.

Unfortunately, they try to play it as a sequel. The story continually drops little reminders along the way that this is a new story (such as the addition of girls to the grou and a romance), but every theme and story arc from the first film is repeated, some with almost verbatim dialogue.

Here are a few among the many, many retreads:

1. The dorky kid (also named Smalls) who doesn't play baseball, but is eventually ... Read More

The graphics are amazing and the colors are gorgeous! The plot had some really good possibilities and most of the songs were great. Unfortunately, I did not like Peter Cottontail the Movie very much.

It started out looking really wonderful. Then I saw how snotty Peter Junior was to his dad, Peter senior. I didn't end up liking any of the characters, except maybe for Seymour Sassafrass.

Jackie Frost is really cruel to her little penguin slaves. She kicks one of them in the face and causes another one to fall off the bed backwards. Why put this in a children's movie? I also thought the movie was a bit heavy on Jackie's Frost's bumping and grinding. Bring back Jack Frost, please!

Peter Cottontail obviously has the voice of Spongebob (Tom Kenny). While I love Spongebob, I am ... Read More

JACK O'LANTERN may be one of the worst horror movies made in the past twenty years. The film opens with three good old boys in a pickup truck on Halloween evening in Mississippi. They encounter a couple of rednecks who are obviously cannibals, and also a screaming blonde who says these guys killed a bunch of her friends, and of course, the three good old boys get it too, but so do the killers by some unseen force.
Flash forward to a year and lo and behold, this whole setup has nothing to do with the rest of this lamely made fiasco. A teenage boy who looks all of 27 is mute as a result of an auto accident which killed his father. Soon some jackolanterned killer starts wiping out his friends, and is it this lamebrained kid named Jack or what? Forcing a totally unconvincing reason for these revenge killings does little ...
