First off I'm quite amazed, it seems EVERY other review on here is about the movie!! Well this is not the VHS, DVD or blu-ray, you have clicked on the CD version of Spiceworld, aka the very bearable soundtrack to the movie. This album is great. Listening to it makes me realise what a lost society we live in now, where barely an original tune is released anymore. Spiceworld takes me back to not only my early teen years, but back to when music was great. The melodies are superb and catchy, and the lyrics mean something worthwile. Now for my song reviews: 1. Spice Up Your Life - 3/5. My least favourite track on the album, the one time I felt the girls had been pressured into a particular type of song to appeal for the first single. These Dvds are really complete. They are perfect for yoga beginners because everything is well explained. What I liked a lot about these Dvds is that they are long, not only half an hour like some exercise dvds. They last from 1h30 to 2 hours so you really get to know yoga well. Geri made me discover yoga and I love it! I recommend these dvds to everyone who wants to do yoga!

This workout offers a balanced variety of poses demonstrated at a moderate pace. Apart from the salutations sequences, the poses aren't `joined-up', so to speak. So if you're a fan of fast-paced vinyasa flow this one is probably not for you. This DVD helped me get back into yoga after a break of a number of years. I would recommend it to beginners or people needing to increase flexibility or acquire some detail in the basics of yoga poses. I particularly like the initial warm-up - so many DVDs just use a few half sun salutes to warm up. This one is a series of gentle, bendy/ twisty floor postures finishing with a standing forward bend they let you hang in for a bit, so you can go deep. I really like this DVD. I Have tried yoga before and always gotten very bored with it.But this caught my attention because of Geri. So I gave it a try. I love the DVD. Yes she does talk but she is not only selling yoga she is selling herself.Thats why I bought the dvd.I would have been annoyed if she just sat there and said 2 words.Plus she is super funny and doesn't take the situation or herself too seriously. Most people who do yoga take things too seriously for me at least, maybe thats why I found this so refreshing and fun to do.
