What an amazing movie! this is on my top ten list and will be there forever. My mom is the one who first introduced this movie to me many years ago, and now we watch it over and over again. I never seem to get tired of it. The love between Shannon and Joseph is a love everyone in the world wants. There are so many laugh-out-loud scenes that are hard to forget. I work at a video store and I'm constantly recommending this movie to cutomers. I absolutely love it =)

What an incredible movie! My father was the first to get me hooked on this movie, and its random storyline has enthralled me ever since. More fable than true story, it still manages to be humorous, random, and heartfelt all at once. Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan have their usual chemistry, leading this film to be one that will stay in the heart.

Below you will find a desription of the movie. This is my favorite movie of all time.

William Wallace is a Scottish rebel who leads an uprising against the cruel English ruler Edward the Longshanks, who wishes to inherit the crown of Scotland for himself. When he was a young boy, William Wallace's father and brother, along with many others, lost their lives trying to free Scotland. Once he loses another of his loved ones, William Wallace begins his long quest to make Scotland free once and for all, along with the assistance of Robert the Bruce. Braveheart is the partly historical, partly mythological, story of William Wallace, a Scottish common man who fights for his country's freedom from English rule around the end of the 13th century. The movie begins in the small town of Elderslie, ... Read More

This is an excellent movie in it's own right, and I especially appreciate the content which shows the heroic efforts of the Danish people to save the Jewish people of their homeland. It is an exciting story presented in such a careful way that parents could allow children to see it without fear. Our whole family enjoyed it.

This Ruth Rendell-ish mystery has an experienced cast, most of whom fans of BBC and British movies will be familiar with. Elizabeth McGovern, who is obviously American, was actually the one slight disappointment as far as the cast is concerned. Her portrayal of the devious sister-in-law was somewhat over the top but there were other problems, too. The storyline contained some twists and turns, especially at the end, but overall the plot wasn't dissimilar from many others in this day of psychiatric overload. All the characters seemed to be borne down with past trauma of one sort or another and they seemed particularly adept at aggravating each other's problems. The father (Cieran Hinds) was well acted and probably the least unlikable of the four main characters, who were, in addition to the sister-in-law, the ... Read More
