This is a good project management book for beginners. It presents a lot of material in an easy-to-understand format. However, be warned that it is not compatible with the Project Management Standard (PMBOK Guide) by PMI. This is not necessarily a bad thing...project management is a wide field. Recommended.

It is a good reference book but not good enough to let me pass the exam. I'm reading Rita's PMP EXAM PREP which should prepare me to pass the PMP exam.
