first i thought i am missing something but as i read it became so painfully dull ,not funny and finally plain boring really ,at the end i was not really interested anything he had to say, i guess you cant judge a book by its cover.

I bought this book 4 years ago while visiting Washington, D.C. We had just missed Tim's book signing at Barnes & Noble. I never got around to reading it, but over the past few months moved it to the top of my stack. On June 13, I reached for the book and discovered I had bought an autographed copy. I'll keep it forever. I've finished the book and no words can express what a loss his departure from this earth will mean for all of us. What a countryman!

I listened to the audio version and it was a total waste of time. I casually watch her on TV and thought she was funny. This comes across as bitter, cynical and not very comical.

This is my favorite book. It's hilarious and deeply spiritual at the same time. It changed my life. I read it through once, and then I immediately read it a second time. I've never done that before!

This book was extremely informative and very interesting. Some parts are a little slow but if you're driving down the road its easy to get lost in the discussion of various foods and how they succeed or fail based on their ingredients, big corporations, and government intervention. Corn is a substance nearly incapable of growing without human intervention and is being used, regardless of health issues, in just about anything.

I've casually enjoyed Chelsea Handler's TV show for some time. She's witty and clever on television, so I thought her book would offer more of the same. Unfortunately, this book changed my perception of Chelsea, and once I finished the book I came away from the experience feeling I wasted my time. Chelsea's experiences really do seem like aimless recollections of a shallow existence. As another reviewer pointed out, her memoir reads like a series of Sex in the City scripts minus the fashion. Unfortunately, Chelsea often comes off as pretentious, vapid, and morally bankrupt. I kept hoping the narrative arc of the book would reveal some growth and personal reflection. I haven't had much experince in the D&D world, but I must say that the new version is simply fun. Its easy to understand, start playing, and run. The whole game has been stream-lined to make it flow better.

I had such a media-skewed version of Tori in my head for so many years. I never saw So NoTORIous but happened upon Tori & Dean: Inn Love. Fantastic. I found her and Dead very down-to-earth, funny and extremely loveable. Knowing this, I was anxious to read about her life and how she got to be so normal, despite a very different childhood. Things that I love about the book: * She is blunt * She is often modest * She takes the blame * She isn't afraid to admit her oddities, personality flaws, etc. * She is funny * She rights the way she thinks (which is not that unlike the way I think) The only reason I deducted a star is simply this: Her writing needs improvement. First let me say that I have been playing D&D since the second printing of the D&D Basic boxed set. I have adapted easily, if somewhat reluctantly to all the different versions throughout the years, except this monstrosity. Let me be clear this is NOT a Dungeons and Dragons Roleplaying game book. This is a tactical miniatures-based wargaming book that attempts to be a paper version of a Computer RPG, that is being peddled under the D&D brand name. This may appeal to eight to ten year olds, but I doubt it. Time will tell. I predict that the 4th Edition will soon be relegated to the bargain bin.

I was very disappointed in this book!!! It was hyped by The View cast to the point of nausea, along with Barbara prostituting herself through all her long time friends. It was written on the level of a child, too wordy, too much information and boring. I can see why the Senator story was so hyped, it was the only bomb shell. Do not waste your time!!!!
