Better Days is fun and filled with beautiful art. I love the interactions between the crew as always. Their fantasies about their share of the loot are hilarious. The way Joss keeps his characters interacting like a bunch of spinning plates is amusing. The Captain has to have his crew!

First of all, the artwork in this book is nothing like the other Warrior Mangas. In my opinion, the anatomy and faces of the cats are just plain ugly. I would have been much more satisfied if this book had followed the style of Graystripe's books. Also, the story is quite pointless. It's like writing a book on the secret life of Smudge. No one really cares about Sasha because she did not play a prominent role in the story and thus this is really a waste of time and energy. I don't think this book has contributed to the original Warriors series at all.

A go between for the series to the movie. Not much substance here. Some great moments with Jayne. The best part is the end where the original monologue from the movie came from. A good background on the characters.

Even as an adult, I have enjoyed this series. I look forward to each color volume that comes out. My 12 year old son also enjoys the series.

Every time I re-read an issue of 100 bullets i get something out of it that I didn't quite get the last time around. This first volume is probably the weakest in the series, but it is necessary reading in order to follow the rest of the excellent story. 100 bullets has visuals, characters and a plot that only get better with each issue. Start by ordering the first two volumes. The first will leave you satisfied, but thinking that the series is over-hyped. The second volume will get it's hooks in you, enough that you will order the next two. If you read three and four, you will read it to the conclusion. Once Azzarello and Risso really get churning, they come up with a comic so good that it might ruin most other comics for you, that's exactly what it did to me.

i really enjoyed this magna it gave you a lot of insite of why scourge acts the way he does and it fills in some of the answeres to questions that you develop in your mind when you are reading the regular i would deffinitaly recomend this as a must read

My daughter has now read through Volume 5 of the series. She really enjoyed the "Diary of a Wimpy Kid", so I ran upon the Bone series when looking for other graphic novels. She enjoys the humor and has shared the books with her friends.

I think this was my favorite volume in the series so far. The first two were fun and entertaining, but in this one the plot becomes thicker, more complicated, and we start to see glimpses of a rich backstory behind the characters Grandma Ben and Thorn. People who liked the first two books will be sure to like this one, too.

It is the same story as the movie, you are not going the get anything extra. But it is a good opportunity to sit down and spend time with your child. And could be a good introduction to get into the habit of reading books instead of just seeing the movies.
