Books : The Paleo Diet: Lose Weight and Get Healthy by Eating the Food You Were Designed to Eat
Overall, a pretty good diet book which is easy to read and understand and follow.

However, in the book Dr. Cordain claims that milk/dairy is bad for you. He claims that our Paleolithic ancestors did not drink milk, which is probably true, but what he fails to mention is that the European and Near Eastern Caucasian people underwent a natural selection process that enabled them to digest milk. Meaning, that ancient individuals that couldn't digest milk died off, and the ones that could digest milk thrived and reproduced, and thus furthered their genetic makeup of adult milk consumption. So obviously, mother nature thought it best to consume dairy products.

No, I refuse to give up dairy products. Milk, yogurt, ice cream, creamer for coffee is what I live for. I ... Read More

Wonder why I gave 5 stars when the pages of the book were dark yellow, difficult to read as result and wasn't worth what was paid for it or to ship it? Seller stated they didn't realized the book was not good quality, focused on customer satisfaction and gave a refund. That's worth 5 stars. The book itself has valuable information. Read the book, but get good quality publishing.

5.Clinically Oriented Anatomy by: Keith L Moore, Arthur F Dalley

Books : Clinically Oriented Anatomy
Here is the low down. This book is not a book that you can even consider reading through! It is, however, one of the best references that you can buy. I felt like the text was clear and detailed on every anatomical part that I wanted to know about. In medical school, there were times that I needed to reference something because I didn't understand. This book did a great job of filling that roll. It is comforting to know that I have this one on my shelf, and I am still referencing it. The pictures are clear and informative, but it is a text. It is not an Atlas or a review. It will explain things to you in words with a few picutres to supplement. In hindsight, however, it wasn't necessary. It is nice to have, but you can do without if your class doesn't requre it.

The book was in great condition, but the content was much less than i had hoped for, and as a guide it had little explanation... would have pass on purchasing this book...

I suppose you could download the workout plans and some of the other stuff contained in this journal for free but for me it is worth the cash to have it all laid out for you. It definitely helped me follow the BFL plan.

I enjoyed this book tremendously. If you're a student taking a biology course, it is perfect for review and helps solidify concepts.

Look over the table of contents and see if it correlates well with your studies.

My suggestion is to never color directly in the book. Just make copies and color on those. This also allows you to color in marker, giving you brighter colors that stand out.

I used this book along with Van Rhee. Very too the point. I would have preferred that it came with some pictures or an atlas like Van Rhee. But for the money it is a must have. The CD was just OK.
