I really liked this book. It was just as good if not better than Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I recomend it.

I have read most of the books in the Rich Dad series, and this last one has been on my bookshelf for seven years. I finally read it this week, looking for some insight into the current (10/10/2008) stock market and financial crisis. This book was harder to understand and less complete than the other books in the Rich Dad series, and the chapters on the different classes of investors was basic to me, but that is probably because I've attended a half-dozen Rich Dad seminars over the years, read the other books in the series and I've played the Cashflow game, which I highly recommend. I have to say, I've listened to quite a few audio books and read a few books by Robert Kiyosaki. I have to say I was very impressed with this one. I really think this one does a really good job at getting you to see things a different way. I especially like how he talks about expanding your means (as he has in the past) but this time he actually goes in and shows you how he would budget for a surplus and you get to actually see exactly what he means. He has more specific examples, rather than just the concepts and ideas by themeseleves. He explains why and how he's both a capitalist and a socialist, and he clearly explains why you can't simply blame one side of the political spectrum, and gives examples of things that both republican and democratic presidents have done which ends up hurting those ... In his latest book "Prophecy", Robert T. Kiyosaki predicts a major stock market crash in the near future. This, he says, is a result of the baby boomers (mostly) saving for their retirement via stock investments and given that a large number of them will retire from 2016 onwards their investments will have to be cashed in as it will be needed and as a result the market will fall if not crash. Apart from that, RK says, that most baby boomers may not actually see their money ever again as more often than not most of it is invested in their own companies, i.e., the ones they work for, and if their employer goes down the drain so will their funds saved for retirement. If you are already in real estate and know the basics, you may not need this book. If you already have your team of advisors and know who to go for when you have questions, you may not need this book. If you understand the differences between LLCs and LP and why one is better in California than in Nevada, you may not need this book. I'm 16 and I've read many books about finance and investing including Rich Dad Poor Dad but this book is just to simple it's just a cut down version from the original book if you want to read a Kiyosaki book just get Rich Dad Poor Dad
