This is one of the best anthologies out there. I have purchased several copies to give as gifts (even wedding presents). Although the choice of poems is theoretically aimed at male readers, the poems appeal to all types of readers. It is also a great introductory anthology for a high school student.

A must for those clueless 1Ls who finish their semester and go into finals thinking, "huh?" about Contracts. Although I guess I should include the disclaimer that the book is probably just useful as an companion to Summers and Hillman's casebook.

that there are still places in the world where such atrocities still exist against women and those who speak out for their freedoms. Zarah Ghahramani gives us a glimpse at her life as a 20 year old college student who wants to learn more about the world and new ideas that don't exist in the one she's living in which ultimately lands her in the infamous Evin Prison in Iran where she is tortured daily. This should be required reading for all that take the freedoms that we have in the good old U.S.A. for granted. My only fault with this book was the ending. I wanted to know more of the family reaction after she was released, how she managed to get out of Iran and how her new life is progressing. Highly recommended!

If you work for hematology, this book is so nice to learn the basic line. I think the way of learning the basic line is the most important part for the medical students and residents. Of course, you must learn the latest things more with the internet. Sometimes this book is not enough for you, but with internet, it is quite enough.

i find this casebook to be very disorganized, unclear, and repetitive. there has to be a better sec reg casebook out there somewhere.

Bleh. That is how I would describe this case book. Needlessly difficult, particularly for 1Ls. While I would not call it the worst casebook ever, I would say this: 5 credit class, 3 times a week, minimum 5 hours of prep work for each class. I am of the firm opinion that expecting a minimum, and I stress minimum, of 3 hours prep time for every hour of class is an unacceptable burden on students. Yes, you do learn a lot, yes the material is well tailored, but without any guidance from the editors, it just takes too long to get through the material.
