The product has very basic information. I purchased the book to find out how to do many things within Office Outlook and the information was simply not there. I was looking to learn how to manage and update my "Archive Folder" it didn't have the information available. Disappointing based upon the cost.

This book is just too much. It is almost 2 inches thick, making it clumsy to study. It tries to cover so much it doesn't cover the individual parts of Office 2003 very well. I bought it primarily to learn how to do macros in Excel. The section on macros is nearly incomprehensible. I found free information on the internet that enabled me to write macros right away.

Great book! Covers all the stuff about PowerPoint 2007 you could possibly want to know, and then some. I make professional presentations with PowerPoint for the photography classes I teach, and it was quite a challenge untill I got my copy of this great book. I use many sophisticated graphics and transitions in my presentations and I was able to quickly learn how using this reference book. I also synchronize slide shows to music using PowerPoint and the material in this book was invaluable in that endeavor. Highly reccomend it!

I have obtained a new Acer PC with CD & DVD capabilities and basically no little about computers and the intetrnet. Through Amazon I was able to obtainn Internet for Dummies book at a reasonable price and find the book quite helpful. I highly recommend "Dummies" and dealing with Amazon. Good service and prices. I have been using Microsoft Money to manage my finances and portfolio since 1999. I thought I knew how to use it until I began reading this book. Mr. Weverka has shown me how little I really new about the capabilities and ease of use of this excellent program. It is written so that ordinary people such as myself can easily understand it, with touches of humor to lighten the tedium. Thank you, Peter Weverka!

I found this book to be very useful (and I like the cheapprice). It gets right to the point. You want to find instructions, youcheck the index, and turn to the page where the answer is. Saved me lots of time.

Either you can bumble around trying to locate MS Money 2005 Deluxe features via complex pulldown menus or online help, or you can buy this book and learn quickly and easily how to navigate and understand the entire program. The book substitutes for the Help file that should have been installed with the software. It also includes information that doesn't seem to be available from online help. Without the book, for example, I'd never have found the screen for adjusting Tax Estimator tax rates for future years, and I'd never have ventured to prune the automatic payee list for fear of deleting related transactions.
