Why are people so weak minded, that they fall sway to dazzling words? I am constantly amazed at how gullible people are. Especially noting how easily liberals fall under the spell of Rock Star Messiah B. Hussein Obama, like cult followers, they check their brains at the door and worship their new master. I thought people had more independent thought than that. This book is just another feel-goody book chalk full of inspirational lines designed to make you feel good and tingly inside....as if Obama is speaking on a live stage of 70,000 and people are fainting (where is Benny Hinn when you need him?). Practicing the Power of Now is a handy companion to Eckhart's wildly popular The Power of Now. Essentially, Practicing the Power of Now contains the same information as in the first book. However, I have to say that I prefer this format. The first book was written in a question answer format. These questions came from the author's students. He also included amalgamated questions that covered a variety of common queries. The cd itself is good, good information if you are on this path, but Tolle's laughing in the background is a little off putting. It is more of a snort than a laugh, so at first I wasn't sure what he was doing. If you can get past that though it is good.

This CD has some techniques discussed by Tolle to perceive inner space. They require some repeated practice for those not familiar with meditation, but seem to work fine. The music is a minor distraction.

Filled with a lot of great insights, as I've come to expect and enjoy from Eckhart Tolle. But what I really loved about this particular audio set was hearing what an incredibly playful sense of humor Eckhart has and that made listening to this Audio goldmine of self awareness all the more enjoyable. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The Angel Hunter This CD had been my guide for several years now. Eckhart's tranquil voice and the ease of which he delivers his simple yet powerful lessons are mesmerizing. If you are looking for some insights into real spirituality, not religion, listen to this set. He makes no claims about Jesus or any other deity being the one true religion or spiritual practice. In fact, he says if helps you then practice whatever you like. However, the root of all spirituality is embracing the moment as it is. Not what you wish to be, but as it is, without judgment or offense. I have tried it, it works, and the practice has lowered my blood pressure and calmed me down. My one warning is not to listen to this in the car. His voice and temperament are so engrossing you may find yourself a bit too relaxed. Worth every penny, it changed my life.
