Both ends of item can be unscrewed, turned around, and screwed into the shaft such that the working ends are "retracted" into the handle -- safe for storage... but on mine, the threads weren't turned properly, and the lancet doesn't stay attached and the blackhead remover doesn't come unscrewed. The heft of the tool is nice, though... but the distribution of weight doesn't feel substantial or balanced. The opening on the blackhead remover isn't large enough to effectively surround my pores (yuck, I know... but we all know what this is for... ), so it sits in my cabinet waiting for the really tiny blackheads. Complete waste of money.

I ordered this box because it had a mirror unlike the make-up boxes at walmart. When the box came I was pleased because it looked huge but by the time I opened the card board box and unwrapped all the bubble wrap, and Then opened another card board box and some more bubble wrap, THE ACTUAL MAKE UP BOX IS REALLY TINY. IF I WERE 12 OR 13 YEARS OLD THIS WOULD'VE BEEN PERFECT.

i have tried cheaper versions of straightening irons and there is nothing special about them. yes, they work, but not that great. and none of them leave your hair shiny. the hairart straightening irons really do work great. this model is especially great because it can work double duty - straighten or curl. it makes my hair so silky and shiny and it helps that it's not damaging my hair as much as other irons.

This brush works great with the Bare Minerals concealers, and does exactly what it's supposed to. Also, the brush is well made (no "shedding" experienced during use which happens so often in cheap brushes). For use with powder concealers, I can definitely recommend this brush.
