I bought this for my 18 month toddler boy. It was very reasonably priced and I am very happy with how sturdy it is. It was easy to put together. My son enjoys sitting at the dinner table with the rest of the family now.

I received this product as a gift. The person that ordered the gift for me was not aware that my digital camera is not compatable with SD, MMC, and MS and I know that you lose picture clarity when downloading from your computer and save to an SD Card or whatever. I called Customer Service explaining my problem hoping to either exchange the product for one that is compatable with my camera and I would pay the difference if necessary or give a refund to the person that purchased it for me. I was told by a not very friendly customer service representative that there would be a 20% restocking fee and that I would have to pay the postage to return the item. What a frustrating product. I've had the picture frame for about a year, and I did try to research the best product. I hope this isn't the best. The frame comes with inadequate memory so you must add a memory card. The picture frame will format the card as FAT by default. That limits the number of pictures that can be stored to far below the capacity of the card. I got the dreaded error 0X80070052. Googling that error indicated that I needed to format the card in NTFS to be able to store more than about 150 pictures. It took more than 6 tries to format the card with NTFS. Copying pictures to the card is an exercise in futility. I wanted to copy about 300 pictures to a 1 GB card.
