I received this product as a gift. The person that ordered the gift for me was not aware that my digital camera is not compatable with SD, MMC, and MS and I know that you lose picture clarity when downloading from your computer and save to an SD Card or whatever. I called Customer Service explaining my problem hoping to either exchange the product for one that is compatable with my camera and I would pay the difference if necessary or give a refund to the person that purchased it for me. I was told by a not very friendly customer service representative that there would be a 20% restocking fee and that I would have to pay the postage to return the item. Not a good product. Very little built in storage (was able to upload less than 20 photos). Picture quality is poor. User interface is clunky. It appears that there is no way to adjust the time. All in all, very disappointing. I highly encourage anyone in the market for a digital frame to pay up for better quality. You will be happy that you did.

I bought this for use in my son's nursery and it is nice looking and the drawers slide easily and quietly. My only complaint was that one of the drawers looked like it had been cracked, and instead of replacing that piece, they just put glue on it. Other than that, it was inexpensive and it serves its purpose.

This dresser/changing table is a great buy for the quality and price. The color was a great match for the other cherry furniture in the nursery. The piece recommends that two people are needed for assembly, although I was able to complete the task on my own. There are definitely a lot of pieces and you will need a square-looking screwdriver for some of the parts. I believe this type of screwdriver is called a "robertson." It would have been easier if the manufacturer had included an allen wrench but that is really my only complaint. I would definitely purchase from this company again in the future.
