So, I will go ahead and put myself out there:) So I do have a sticky little problem with rather sever ingrown hairs and all the products I had used in the past would sting like hell (am a big pigelet, I can stand that) but would also dry up my skin so I ended up needing additional exfoilating sessions:( This one works and is gentle enough to make the entire process - very doable. Its a bit pricey but if you are me and have my hair issues, you will be happy, kiss the product and think, "well we have made progress." I just have to give up a whole lot of other things to buy this but its so worth it
