I was about 44 when I purchased the kit. It was such a huge disappointment for me, I put it on eBay after using it a few times. This accentuated all the fine lines that come with age. It's very drying even if you use a good moisturizer. While it may be great for younger women, in my opinion, and those of others my age who I have talked to, it's not a great foundation for the 40 and older crowd in general. Just this year a local TV talk show had a makeup artist on who discussing foundations. She advised that mineral foundations generally do not look good on older skin and advised against them. it leaves my sking glowing...i have an acne problem, and it really makes my sking look great, hides the blemishes. I also have the mineral veil that I used prior and after the base, and the warmth, that gives me a color that looks like I just came from the beach, and I live near it...it's fantastic.

This is a great asset to the Bare Minerals product line. I put this on after I put on my warmth for an all-over dewy look. This stuff gives my skin a radiant glow, and I don't look shiny at all. It really makes my skin sparkle without overpowering my whole look. I put mineral veil on after this, and it still looks freshly applied. I love it. Fresh and young is how you'll look once you try it. Mineral make-up has taken the world by storm, and this is definitely one of the best lines of mineral-wear out there! Bare Escentuals, baby!

Very nice, it lift's and brightens my face to look just flawless. It's defiantly one of my favorites and I'm going to try to keep using it until I find something better, which I don't think is gonna happen. I feel so much more beautiful and my flaws are cover so well. I'm glad I found this product, without it my self confidence might not be what it is. So hear me out, this is a very good power, very light and works great.

This is a terrific color for a perfect make up! I have gone through so many different products then I found Bare Minerals. I can't see myself ever usuing another product again! I decided to try Prime Time recently after seeing a review. I am a true BE fan and love their foundation but do not like to purchase items that are not necessary. Today is my second day with it on and it looks great! The first day, I did not put enough own because I thought it may make my face too oily. My skin is peeling due to an acne medication I'm using. Today you can not tell that my face is peeling. My face looks smooth all over. So this is a must for those who are having problems with your makeup looking smooth. And as others have said in their reviews, it helps the mineral foundation go on better.

I am a big fan of Clinique - I think they have high quality cosmetics and don't charge insane prices like a lot of other department store brands. This powder is another staple for me; it's always in my purse. I use Stay Golden, it goes on smooth, is a perfect shade for my skin, and never cakes. (I usually use Clinique Loose Powder when I first put my make-up on, and then use the pressed powder throughout the day). One thing I do suggest with any powder is to keep the little plastic film that goes between the powder and the sponge applicator. Without the film, the oil from your face gets on the powder. I would have given this powder 5 stars except for a minor flaw: 1) I have to reapply it quite often (but I think that's true with most powders)
