I recently took this soap on an extended European vacation. It packed easily and was so much finer than the soaps available on our travels. Superb quality, restorative scent was wonderful at the end of the day. It was not drying at all and left a soft layer of frangrance to enjoy throughout the night.

I usually buy Mistral soaps from shops. When I received my package from Amazon, these soaps came 'bruised' and the plastic wrapper torn away from being shaken inside its box package. The soap itself was functional, so it was okay. I figured if you're paying $7 a bar, you should have an almost perfect bar, asthetically speaking. I'll buy from these from the shops next time, not here.

This soap I purchased for a friend as well, and when I got it in the mail I couldn't believe how incredible it smelled. I purchased it after reading the excellent customer reviews it was given. I give this soap the highest rating possible as well. You will not be disappointed in this soap. It provides a very pleasant scent for your bathroom that lasts.

I ordered several bars of this soap because I read about it in a magazine. It smells great and the large bars last a long time. Definitely not like the cheap sets of soap we've all gotten for gifts. I plan on ordering more for myself, my daughters and daughter-in-law.

I haven't bought this product but both my sisters use it on all 5 of their kids. My niece suffered terribly with Eczema, they tried everything the doctor recommended and nothing helped until this soap was suggested. It cleared her up completely, she hasn't had any flare ups since and it's now been about 3 years. I would recommend this product to any parent who has children suffering from Eczema.

These are truly fine, high quality soaps. The packaging is so beautiful you almost hate to open them. The soaps lather beautifully and last seemingly forever, which makes the cost seem not so extravagant. You can really tell that the scents are created with high quality ingredients, like fine perfumes. With cheap soaps that use cheap scents, there are always a few scents in the box that I can't stand, making it a waste of money. Not so with Claus Porto; I've loved every one of them, even the ones that I usually don't like in cheaper versions. The soap feels creamy but still rinses clean. And, best of all, the lovely scents linger on your skin throughout the day. Definitely worth the extra expense --- a small luxury!
