This bottle warmer has been a life saver for us. We were warming up the bottles in a very old fashioned way that consumed too much time. When the baby woke up at night it used to take 10-15 minutes before a bottle was warmed up and ready. By this time the baby was crying uncontrollably. Now with this bottle warmer it takes no more than 5 minutes! It uses a bare minimum of water to warm up a bottle. Now we are looking for a portable bottle warmer to take on the road with us.

I have never used the sling because I gave my baby sponge baths until his stupm fell, which was after week four. My baby is a month old and he is too heavy for the sling now (it touches the bath tub even if I set it very high) but he fits inthe tub nicely and he seems to be confortable, no signs of skin damage or anything (which I read about in one review). I feel that sponge baths are safer when you are dealing with newborns, there is no risk of babies sliping out of your hands! and trying to keep that stump dry... I would buy this item again but not the sling.

I purchased the take and toss feeding variety pack with case for my five month old grandchild. They are great! They are take and toss - but - they are top shelf dishwasher safe as well!! The case is a plus to store all of the colorful, darling dishes and cups. Very nice product!

This is generally a really good product. I have had it on my kitchen counter since my son's first bottle. It stays very clean, allows his bottles and teething rings to dry well, and does not take up a whole lot of space. My only complaint is that it sometimes requires both hands to rotate the bottom level. Not always convenient when holding a wiggly baby, but it does exactly what it advertises for a good price. I can't imagine not having it.

I love this first years tub! i spent a lot of time looking at reviews on different tubs and i am glad that i decided on this one! it makes bath time very easy and fun. I loved the sling part when my daughter was tiny and now that she sits up on the toddler side, she loves it! Best baby bath ive seen and used!

We have a doorway between the front room and kitchen that must be a non-standard width, because the gate alone is a smidge too small, but when we added the extension, the whole unit wouldn't fit in the doorway. It would be better design if there was an overlap of about 1/2" between the two sizes.

9.The First Years Newborn Soothie Pacifiers, 2-Pack from: The First Years

Baby : The First Years Newborn Soothie Pacifiers, 2-Pack

When our boy was born, the hospital provided us with a few items, one of which was a "Newborn Soothie Pacifier." My wife had already purchased a few Juicy Couture Pacifiers, which she regards as the Lexus of pacifiers, I supplied a Billy Bob Teeth pacifier for the little tyke and several others were gifts. Well, guess which one the baby likes best? I'd say it was the free 'Smoothie" model provided by the hospital. Go figure. When the baby is cranky and I'm looking around for a pacifier, that's the one I'll choose.

Before my daughter was ever born, I knew I wanted her to sleep with me at least for a little while. It just felt unnatural to leave her in another room and go to bed. Plus, when she woke up she was right there for me to grab. However, I did worry at first about smothering her or having my blankets cover her or the mattress being too soft, etc. So, I bought this sleeper (I got it on ebay for $15). It was awesome! I loved that she was right next to me but still safe in her own little bed. I also liked that the sides were mesh so I didn't have to worry about her rolling into them and suffocating (I know, paranoid mother...). The night light was really nice because it's so soft and subtle, I could see her but it wasn't unfriendly at 2am. Also, I loved that it's so portable. If we were going to be at ... Read More
