The Lamaze peacock was one of the first toys we were given for our son. Personally, I think he's fun to look at. Jacques the peacock made me want to run out and see what other toys Lamaze has... unfortunately, I think I've already got the best one. From the first week (and I mean, less than one week of age here), my son was enthralled by the back of Jacques. This is really a great toy for newborns to look at - the red, white, and black high contrast back is very interesting and stimulating to young babies (they can't see in color yet). My 4 month old absolutely adores Freddie! He especially loves the noise from the crinkling wings. The bright color are also very engaging!

My four month old son loves his moose. He has a few other Lamaze toys (the giraffe, peacock, inch worm and firefly) and they all are wonderful. He chews on the moose's antlers and sucks on the rings on his tail. The feet also keep him entertained. We love Lamaze toys!

My four month old son loves this worm. He hugs it while on his play mat. Each section makes a different noise. I only wish the music played longer!

I love the concept of these.... it's just that 1. I wish the rattles were a little louder and 2. the socks aren't that stretchy and they are kind of small on my 3 mo. old's feet. I think he'll grow out of them this month. I don't know... i just think with some minor improvements they could be a much better quality item. Like the little antlers on the bugs are kind of poky. I like them, but i don't love them. I think the idea of the rattles are 5 stars but the execution is only a 3... hence the four stars above :)

My four month old son loves his giraffe! Each foot squeaks or rattles or crunches and it keeps him entertained.

This bottle warmer has been a life saver for us. We were warming up the bottles in a very old fashioned way that consumed too much time. When the baby woke up at night it used to take 10-15 minutes before a bottle was warmed up and ready. By this time the baby was crying uncontrollably. Now with this bottle warmer it takes no more than 5 minutes! It uses a bare minimum of water to warm up a bottle. Now we are looking for a portable bottle warmer to take on the road with us.

I have never used the sling because I gave my baby sponge baths until his stupm fell, which was after week four. My baby is a month old and he is too heavy for the sling now (it touches the bath tub even if I set it very high) but he fits inthe tub nicely and he seems to be confortable, no signs of skin damage or anything (which I read about in one review). I feel that sponge baths are safer when you are dealing with newborns, there is no risk of babies sliping out of your hands! and trying to keep that stump dry... I would buy this item again but not the sling.

This stacker sticks together easily because of the magnets, but does not stack easily because it's always top heavy, and falls over. Would not recommend as a stacking toy.

The usefulness of this product really depends on the baby. My daughter HATED tummy time and this product made no difference. I wouldn't pay full price for this again without trying it out first. It's a great concept, but doesn't hold up in reality. And it would only be useful for a month or two. Maybe the mat would be fun later without the lady bug in the middle...
