I bought this for my toddler to use as a night light and he loves it. He likes that he can choose different colors. As far as other peoples comments about not being able to see the amber color on the walls and the fuzzy stars, it is faint on light walls, but it still lights up the shell brightly and the green and blue colors appear nicely. The stars are not perfect constellations, but my son is two and does not care about the detail of the stars! The turtle stays with him in bed every night and serves it's purpose as a nightlight. The best part is it shuts itself off after 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product for young children.

When our almost-three-year-old daughter suddenly began refusing to go to sleep unless one of us stayed in her room, we tried everything. We let her "cry it out" - only one night, because she sobbed and screamed for over an hour before we finally gave in. So one of us stayed in the room with her until she fell asleep, every night. I got this cute set for my baby shower because I had heard wonderful things about it. The little sheep is very cute, but small in size. The little music adaptor slips in and out of the sheep and sometimes falls out, but that is not what I didn't like about it. The problem with it is that I can barely hear the sounds. You have only 4 choices and even when I turn the volume up to max, the baby can barely hear it. The sounds get drowned by the baby's kicking and cooing. It's definitely not worth buying, however, the blanket that cloud b offers might be good as compared to the sheep. I am thinking of using the sheep myself while doing yoga or something to create a calm environment. Hope this helps!

This is a cute little puppy that my son might someday play with. However, I didn't find the lavender scent to be very strong even after squeezing the puppy (per the instructions). I also wrongly assumed that the puppy would be more like a floppy stuffed animal and he is made to stay in one position. Overall, this is a cute toy but I'm not sure it really lives up to its intended purpose.

I really like this item as a gift. The cloths are very soft and work very well. They clean up easily. They are very well made. The price is good if you look at other organic cloths. The presentation is really nice. The little soft animals are very well made and smell very nice.

My parents bought this for my son as a Christmas present and it wins the award as best gift. Now our son, age 4, actually asks to go to bed so he can see his stars. Plus...his younger sister, age 2 1/2, wants one when she moves into a big girl bed. It's incredible. They even play with it under the covers to "make a tent and see the stars" both before bedtime and in the morning. They really, really, really love it and I highly recommend it to every parent who wants a little extra light in their kids room. It automatically shuts off after 20 minutes so it doesn't eat batteries. We've used ever night for over a month and haven't had to change them yet. A great gift for kids. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but I'm sure there were measurements, consumer error. The sheep is so cute and the burp cloths are well made and so soft. Great baby shower gift, my sister loved it!

Its better than the hard plastic ones because babies always end up cracking themselves on the noggin with those. Nothing quiet about that. Baby Lizy gives it a thumbs up... sideways... down... in her ear! Oh well, so much for asking and infant for input.
