My husband bought the Cloud b Sleep Sheep On the Go eight or nine months ago, before my son was born. The insert that plays the sounds could not be secured inside the soft body, oddly enough. It sounds as if the sheep must be defective (based on all of the glowing reviews), but we could not get anyone to respond from the Cloud B company. Since we'd had a horrible experience returning items to Amazon only a few weeks before getting this, we kept it, figuring that we could still use the sounds. And, the sheep is very cute and super soft! When I tried the item again after my son was born, I could not get the sounds to play. So, I changed the batteries. Nope. Still, no sound. Of all the toys my son has had this has lasted the longest (he is 2 now) and it is wonderful. It is the only toy that has made the switch to his big boy bed. This toy is very relaxing too so you have to be careful watching it.

I bought this for my 3rd child. I have pretty much every crib soother on the market. I was drawn to this one because of the long music play-25 minutes. 10 minutes of music, motion and lights, followed by 10 minutes of softer music, lights with no motion and then followed by 5 minutes of soft music with no lights or motion. Every other soother we had the music was under 10 minutes and baby would not be asleep yet and would be frustrated when it turned off. This works great at nap time. However at night, and especially in the middle of the night, the light is way too bright. It practically blinds my baby when it gets turned on. It looks like he is in a tanning bed. If they was a way to turn down the light, then the soother would have gotten 5 stars from me.

It is a great product and so nice to be able to choose all the songs that I feel are soothing and comforting. I had a wonderful time gathering songs for the baby and will change them as he grows. The icrib has great sound and is so easy to use. It attached to the crib with no problems, Compared to the CD player that I used for my other grandson it is a big step up.

This is SUCH a great concept but it really does not work right. My baby sleeps great with a vibration in his bouncy seat or the swing, and this saves us when we put him down in his own crib but it's SO intermittent! I want it to work so bad that I've exchanged it for a new one twice hoping the new one works better, and on my third I'm finally giving up. The first problem is that the vibration and the sound absolutely do not work together - on all three items I've turned on the vibration and then tried turning on the sound and the vibration turns off. It happens if I do it the other way around also. It might as well just be a vibration thing for half the price, because we play a CD for sound anyway when the vibration is on. We were given this as a gift and within a week or two the womb sounds machine was broken. It will only play for about 30 seconds. I can't return it as it was a gift. As a teddy bear, it's very cute and cuddly, and my son loves it, but if you're buying it for the sounds machine then don't bother. We ended up pulling out the machine and stitching the bear back up so it can be a regular teddy bear.

Terrible product! Don't waste your money. Worked for about a week - then started skipping. Tried different CD's, new batteries, etc. Ended up in the trash. Called 'the first years' costumer service - no answer. There are other products available that cost half the price and work much better.
