From the minute I took these shoes out of the box and put them on my feet each step has been a very comfortable experience! I love these shoes soooo much that I purchased them in every color! I wear them with a slightly heavy sock and even so they keep my feet toasty and relaxed! I even wore these shoes Christmas shopping in NYC all day long! I love these shoes. I just got them and haven't worn them a lot, but so far they are the most comfortable "tennis" shoes I've had in a long time. I am using them as regular every day walking/hiking shoes and don't intend to run a marathon or anything, but I am getting ready to walk an American Cancer Society 5K with my mom in a couple weeks and wanted good comfy shoes. I do know foot doctors/specialists don't recommend you wear running shoes for regular walking, but I was having SO much trouble finding a really good pair of walkers, and another mom recommended these. I don't like Flip Flops. If I wanted a sandle that straps completly around my foot I would wear shoes. These are a great third choice. They are comfortable, adjustable and surprisingly rugged. I realy like the close toe design of the off-road style. On the beach they don't soak up water and squish around, also I can quickly rinse them off and shake them dry. They are a great vacation and around the house "clog".

I have several pairs of Softwalk shoes with the eggcrate footbed lining and they are typically the most comfortable things you can wear. I wanted these to wear in the office, and the black patent was absolutely gorgeous. The shoes were beautifully made and high quality. I usually wear a 9.5 medium or wide, so I ordered them in the wide. The toe area fit well but was not as comfortable as lower-heeled Softwalk shoes, and my heels (which are narrow) slid right out of the back of the shoe with every step I took. So unfortunately these had to be returned. If you have a foot like mine, wide up front and narrow heel, these may not work for you either, but I can definitely say this is a beautiful shoe and should be real comfortable if you can get a good fit.

They are very comfortable. After standing or walking most of the day, the balls of your feet may be sore as it feels like there is not much padding on the front of the shoe. Either way, they look great!

I got these boots in Light Brown, and they are sooooo wonderful! The suede is soft and smooth, the fit is true to size, the heels are the perfect height for a comfortable walk and slightly elongated legs, and the boots are very comfortable! I can wear them over skinny jeans or with a dress and tights. They are elegantly shaped and looks clean and of good quality. I love these boots and think they are a great deal. The toes are a very fashionable shape that won't go out of style: not too pointy and not too round. This is a style that you can wear for years. You may think the sideways strap will make the front look strange, but it doesn't. It looks great.
