I've just decided to update my personal "style," and chose to fill my closet with ankle-length cotton dresses from an on-line shop. I needed "perfect" shoes to go with these new frocks and I needed a comfortable /narrow/ shoe. These sandals have a slight "heel" that makes them so very comfortable. I liked my first pair (green) so much I reordered and got a black pair!

I just bought these boots in grey, and they are AMAZING!!! So soft and plush, I didn't want to take them off to try the other 3 pairs of boots I got today, lol! And these beat the other pairs hands down. They're super cute, look like they'll be good in the snow, and did I mention how comfortable they are??? I adore these. Thanks Amazon for the amazing deal as well! :)

After I got my Aerosole Boulder comfy brown suede boots (see separate review), I wanted something stylish in black with a little heel - but no stilettos or pointy toes. These were the perfect choice. I love the shapely heel, the seam details, and the buckle - quite attractive, and they're pretty comfortable. I'm not much of a high-heel person, but this boot has started me thinking high-heels can be fun. Only drawback is no arch support, but I'm looking for an arch support to fit in there.

I have been hunting these boots down ever since I saw them on the Nine West website. When I saw that Amazon.com had them in my size and at a decent price, I snatched them up. Navy Blue patent leather! Well, I was terribly disappointed when I received them. That navy blue appears black in most light. You have to have the boots under a direct light in order to see that it is blue. The toe box was quite tight also. The entire boot felt tight, actually. I didn't have socks on when I tried them on. Socks would have been out of the question. I have a pair of boots of a similar style (Gallivant) by Nine West. I wore them once and the heel tip has worn down. I purchased the Sorel Kaya boot because I love the look and fit of my Sorel Tootega boots, and this style seemed to have a similar foot design: wide to accomodate warm socks, and a nice tred for inclimate weather. Upon receiving my boots, I wished that I had purchased a 1/2 size up. While I expect that they will be as warm (awesome in this area) as the Tootega boots, I don't know if they will have the same "slipper" feel as they seem more narrow and the heel not quite as flat. As it is still summertime, I will have a while to wait and see. However, I am still pleased with my purchase. For all of those people who would rather pet the animals than wear them, these are the shoes for you! Converse has been making "Chuck Taylor's" longer than I have been alive and not one animal has lost it's life to make them! The only downside to Converse is that they are not the most comfy shoe, however, a insole insert fits rather nicely into them and then your good to go.
