Good product, well made, but way too large I expected. It seems the size of the product are not the same even for the same manufacturer :(. Too bad because it affect the buyer and the seller too. I bought 2 ADIDAS pants, size M, from the same company, but this is much larger than the other :(. WHYYYYYYYYY ?

I bought these jeans for my daughter who always had a difficult time getting jeans to fit well. A lot more manufacturers are realizing that not everyone is built like a stick. I plan on getting some for myself. I only wish that Levi offered more styles/colors in this fantastic fit.

I would order these a size smaller if you are looking for an actuall legging look. I ordered these in the same size I order all of my other American Apparel purchases, and they seem big - giving them a bit of a frumpy house pant look. I was hoping they would be tight, and 'legging like' so that I might want to wear them outside of my pajamas. I suggest you order a size smaller than you would regularily, and they will fit more like leggings. If you are looking for frumpster house pants - order your 'normal' size.

I wear my weight in the tummy and these jeans fit great. The fit in the waist was correct without being too large in the butt and thigh. They fit well through the first wearing, but like most jeans with stretch, become a bit baggy with subsequent wearings.

These jeans are ideal for anyone who has had a baby. They are high cut but still fashionable, very slimming and totally comfy. I usually buy jeans at BR or Gap but these are way more flattering and tons cheaper. Plus you get free shipping. I have had good luck with these and lots of other pants from this brand. Give them a try, my tummy has never been the same after child birth and these jeans disguise it very well. Also they are true to size and the length is perfect for me...They are great quality as well my other favorite pair of jeans are the arianna bootcut I've had them going on 2 years and they are still my favorite going out in high heals jeans! I really can't say enough about them because I view flattering jeans at size 12 priceless!

I get cold so I LOVE these black pants -- I only wish they came in a petite length. The fleece is warm but not nearly as bulky as most so they're reasonably flattering. This is my third pair of Avalanche fleece pants over the last five years. All are super comfortable, very stretchy and the elastic waistband is forgiving. A note about the waistband - it is only stitched to the body of the garment at the seams, so it takes some getting used to. For cold casual days these warm pants can't be beat. They are too warm for the summer or for workouts in a warm gym. They wash well, dry quickly. They do tend to pill a little and catch lint, so be careful when washing. I would have given these jeans 5 stars but because the jeans were not a dark black in color as indicated in the picture, I was just slightly or more thaan slightly disappointed. But rather than send them back I tried them on the next day and I swear by all the jeans I've worn throughout my life that these are truely the most comfortable jeans I have ever own! I know they will be my favorites. I just hope this Company makes a real black color jeans as these were like a washed out gray. But if you are looking for comfort this is the jean to buy!!

I got my first pair of these back in 2006 and bought another two pairs last year. What I love most about them is that I'm not allowed to wear jeans at work and whenever I wear a long shirt no one seems to notice that they're made of jean material due to their looking so neat. The deep pockets are a huge attraction as are the side panel pockets which are great for your cellphone. As with every Carhartt product I've owned, their durability is excellent. They last forever. These pants are no exception; an excellent buy in my view.
