Robe arrived in less than a week. Packaged VERY nice-perfect for a gift. Robe is BIG AND ROOMY like it is supposed to be and well over my knees and I am 5'7" tall. (These robes are supposed to be big and roomy for they are spa robes. ) It arrived today and I have it on now-YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROBE. Always wash in COLD water and NEVER dry in the dryer, unless you want them to shrink. Robe is thick like a spa robe and really pretty, better than what I found in dept. stores. Warm coat, zipper is strong, and it's the perfect size. It looks and feels durable. If you plan to use this in very cold temperatures, make sure you have a balaclava or something to protect your neck. It's not _extremely_ thick but with a good base layer this coat is great.

Overall, I liked this hoodie. My main disapppointment was that the picture seemed to show the colors as grey+white when in fact, the white was grey and the grey was dark green so that the color hues were more dark than I thought. The jacket itself feels very comfortable and light, and is fairly warm. Another minor gripe I have is that though this seems to be a medium quality apparel, the inside of it does not have a lining...ie you can see the seems and various material patched to make the jacket from the inside so it doesn't look as professional and clean. Still, even with the darker colors than I expected, the style and functionality are quickly growing on me.
