I have the unfortunate situation where I have Carpal Tunnel and arthritis at the same time in my hands and arms. I figured the fingerless feature of these gloves would make it easier to work. Believe me I've gone through a lot of products. These gloves are helpful in many ways. Some days my hands get very cold and numb and these gloves seem to put enough pressure on them to bring back the warmth in my hands. They do get rid of some of the pain but not completely. I drop in an Instant Heat pack in the mitt and it keeps my fingers extra warm. I wear a light weight liner glove with this when bicycling and skiing in temps in the 30's. My fingers stay very toasty warm. Love the wind proof fabric too, and it is very rain/sleet/snow moisture resistant, so your fingers/hands stay warm and protected.
