As a professional outdoor photographer, I needed a pair of gloves that would keep my hands warm, and dry, even in the worst winter weather. Prior to getting these gloves, I had to wear mittens, or thick winter gloves, I'd pull my hands out to use my camera equipment, then tuck my hands back into my pockets or regular winter garments. These SealSkinz are the best thing.. they sort of remind me of thin neoprene diver's gloves (I'm also a retired Navy Diver),yet they keep your hands completely dry and it's the wet which chills your hands to the bone quicker than anything!
