The pictures on Amazon match what the shoe looks like in person. There are also sparkles that are not over done. My daughter is a 10.5 on a foot chart and 28 is perfect. The 29 had just too much extra room in the toe. These shoes look great. The mesh sides and holes in the sole of the shoe make me want to try a pair of my own. The lights are white and you can not see them unless they are lighing up. The lights are in between the material on the sides of the shoes. So even when the lights stop working no one will ever know they lit up in the first place.

I know them from Germany and love them. I ordered two pairs for my son (16 months), so when he grows, I have another pair for him. He nearly seems to be running like being barefoot and they are not heavy at all, so they don't bother him. A big plus - the breathable sole, so little stinky feet are not as bad!!

I love this shoe! My angel wears a 5 ½ or close to a 6. He has a medium to wide foot. I bought him a 7.5 and he has room in the shoe and room to grow. The blue is a pretty navy as it is not too dark but just right. The red is not a bright red or a tomato red. The navy is nice and velvety suede smooth. The insole is cushiony. The leather on the shoe is between beige and tan so it should not show dirt as quickly.
