I bought 2 of these sweaters for my hubby to Golf in. The charcoal one arrived along w/ a long sleeve, button up sweater. When I called the company - they arranged for a UPS pick-up. It never came. I called back and it was arranged for the following day. WEEKS later, still no sweater. BTW, I should also add that they would not just ship it out to me - they had to receive the OTHER sweater, even though it was their MISTAKE. I call the company again and find out (after being on HOLD FOREVER) that my sweater arrived but I was not sent one b/c "someone put the paperwork on a persons desk that was on vacation". Oh. FINALLY, they sent us a new sweater. I thought after all that, they should have refunded me my money too.

I got a few items from this seller to gift to someone. I was on bed rest and couldn't go out. And I never trust online shopping for clothes. But this time I had no alternative. The sweater is yuck! Very cheap. I cannot tell how much I regret my purchase. The elbow patch looks so out of place. I could agree that the sweater could keep you warm, but the quality of the yarn is like that of a rug. Also not true to size. Was too big for a Medium. Wouldn't ever recommend this seller for grownup clothing.

The design and appearance of this sweater is great, with one minor thing. The collar sort of sticks up which, I realize may be the way it was designed, but it bothered me a little bit. The material is also a bit scratchy, but thank goodness there is a different material around the neck. I don't regret the purchase, but I think that the design of the collar could have been improved.

I purchased this sweater thinking I had got myself a bargain, however, once I saw how expensive the delivery charge was, it turned a bargain into an OK buy. Putting it into persepective: I bought three sweaters from three different sellers on Amazon, the first charged $2+ change for delivery, the second $6+change for delivery. Jos A Banks charged well over $10 for delivery. I will not be purchasing anything online from Jos A Banks again as I cannot fathom how they can justify the delivery charges!!!!!! Now to the Sweater. It is very smart and I am looking forward to wearing it during the winter. I just hope it lasts to justify the price I paid...
