 - Amen to Kasperky Internet Security 2009I was having so much difficulty with Norton Internet Security 2009. I couldn't get my email from Microsoft Outlook, Live Update wouldn't work, and my Internet Explorer would freeze up. After troubleshooting with Norton, nothing worked. So I tried the 30 day free trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 & it's a fabulous (download it from their website). I've recently purchased the software from Amazon, & am very pleased. I use it on an Intel Quad Core 64 bit 9700 Processor with Vista, & my PC runs superfast now with no more glitches. Rating: - KIS 2009 ReviewI like Kaspersky I have used a older version so I am upgrading to there latest version. It scans fast it finds viruses,malware,spyware,Trojan,Spam. It provides complete protection like Identity theft Network attacks, worms, It has a two-way firewall and parental control. I find this product very good and would reccomend it to anyone. Rating: - great deal for some security!This is a really great deal. This system on their website is selling for 70.00 so buying on amazon was a no brainer! Rating: - Works great with Windows XP ~*AND*~ Windows Vista!I purchased the 3-user version (free after rebate) for my son's HP laptop that has Windows Vista 32-bit for the operating system and my desktop that has Windows XP. It installed perfectly on both PCs with NO problems, we were using Kapersky 2008. If you are using Norton (Symantic) or a different brand make sure that whatever brand you're using is completely uninstalled before installing Kaspersky or a different brand of software if you are switching brands. Norton, for example doesn't completely uninstall and Norton (Symantic) has an uninstaller utility on it's webstite that a person can use to completely uninstall it. I don't use the email filter because my ISP has an excellent spam filter. Rating:  - KISWorks fine, seems to find a lot of stuff others miss, a little confusing to set up with no written manual. | |
