Rating: - Canon quality.
I bought this and had it shipped to my daughter. I haven't use this printer but can attest that the canon model that I do have is the BEST photo lab in my office. I have other brands, but when I want to print one of the portraits, I naturally use this one. The Chromakey inks are bright and last. Even smells like a lab printed photo.

Rating: - EXCELLENT QUALITY. REASONABLE PRICE. EASY TO USE.
WORTH the price. Only time will tell if it holds up under moderate home use. My last model, Pixma 180 - which cost about $45.00 less - died after 14 months and has gone to printer heaven. Time and use will tell. Printer cartridge costs, Black & Color, will, I hope, be appreciably less than Pix180's which went for about $70. every 3 months!!! After one month, 'tho, I still smiling. How long will it last? The smile and/or the Pixma 610? Like I said, time'll tell!

Rating: - All my friends and family are impressed!
I researched printers until my eyes crossed. When I found this Canon I was sooooo excited. It did everything I wanted and fit the space I had available. The price thru Amazon was $50 cheaper than Walmart and I got free shipping. It is easy to use and the thing I love the most is that I can put my memory card into the printer and it will transfer the pics to my computer! I am very happy w/ this purchase so far.

This is the best printer I've ever owned . Would have liked better setup instructions...be sure you look for the large one page setup.The book was worthless...for setup anyway. Amazon was very helpful with some issues that came up later...very thoughtful and caring.Use their helpline if you need help.

Rating: - Nothing to complain about, and much to like.
If you are looking for an easy-to-use, inexpensive printer that is fast and
reliable, you've found it. We now have three (two of them are MP600 models)
of these in our offices and have had nary a problem from day one. It's
well-made and simple to navigate. I bought this model over the MP600 for the
increased scanning resolution.

Don't put too much stock into the bad reviews. This is an excellent product.
