I have owned this item for several months but just started to actually use it. After a set time the icon blinks that you need to download your readings to the software on your computer. It was easy to install, easy to understand and the software does all the work for you.

Any one can use this pedometer. It's functions are simple to understand. It even records Aerobic steps without you having to worry about it.

I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good pedometer.

Rating: - Greatest pedometer ever
I love this pedometer. I have not had a problem with it falling off, but I do use bothe methods of securing it to waistband. I wear it every day from the time I get out of bed in the morning until I come back at night(I keep it on my nightstand). I really think it helps me to get more steps in each day and it really is nice to download the info to the computer and look at the trends. I would recommend this pedometer to everyone.

This is a great prouduct! The accuracy of it is pretty amazing, and I love being able to keep track of my progress on my computer. I had a pedometer from Weight Watchers which every mile was off by about one quarter of a mile, and it was set up properly also.

From being inaccurate to downright unreliable.
Omron pedometer is remarkably accurate and reliable. Calories expended feature is a big bonus. Downloading data to my computer is a big help in keeping track of my walking program.

This is so easy to use . I am 52 and have recently lost over 50 pounds with a low carb diet and walking . It keeps track of distance , it tells time , and comes with a very informative computer disc to help show your progress. You put it on in the morning and forget about it .I have tried the less expensive type and was not at all happy with those .This one is quiet , and easy . You will love it !
