Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Madonna At Her Best
As a musician and composer of electronic music since 1977, a former radio show host and as a former community college teacher of electronic music who has critiqued hundreds of pieces of music and performances, I have the proper credentials and expertise to write an objective review of Madonna's most recent release.I am also someone who has danced up a storm on the dance floor of many a club over the years. I am now over 60.

Madonna is truly one of the greatest musical performers of all time. And, as stated above, I have seen my share. Prior to viewing her Confessions Tour on TV, I must admit that, with the exception of her performance in Evita, I did not follow Madonna's career in the least. The music she produced was not the genre I typically listen to. But when there is availability on TV, I try to view as much as possible to open myself up to that which I haven't experienced before. I had always been curious about her music but was never motivated enough to actually investigate what she was all about because of all the seemingly salacious relationships and riff raff journalism about her.

I was truly pleased by what I viewed. Driving music which is great to dance to, a compelling, undeniably attractive, magnetic personality and very hot body coupled with an exceptional talent for dance and choreography. I truly enjoyed the performance which was abridged for TV. Because of that, and because of the pleasure I had viewing this performance, I decided I wanted to purchase the full length version which also includes production footage which, as a producer myself, I can relate to and enjoy. But this extra footage reveals to the general public the extent of the incredible preparation for a production of this sort.

The music itself is most invigorating. The lyrics are profound in many instances, the melodies, rhythms and supporting instrumentation is quite artful and, as a dancer, I have become a real fan of Madonna's music as performed in this concert as I have taken a deep pleasure dancing along with the music as I view the DVD. It makes me feel as if I were there performing with her. It's major FUN!

I look forward to much more creativity and originality from this remarkable personality. BRAVO!!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Another Great One From the Master
Madonna just continues to dominate the live concert world and this tour is no exception. The Material Girl is a genius onstage. Every concert mesmerizes the viewer with something new and contraversial, i.e., the cross act, which the networks wouldn't show.
She is probably the buffest performer in rock today, despite her age. She works hard for her money and it shows. We are going to see great things from Madonna for many years to come. Go Girl!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Can't get any better!!!
This is the perfect addition to any Madonna fan. The CD has an awesome collection of music with each song a little different from when she originally released it. But, that's the case any time she's in concert. The real winner here is the DVD of her concert. Madonna goes all out with everything she does...and this is no exception. You will want to watch it over and over.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Two words: Madonna Rocks!!!
This concert is the type of concert that only comes around every twenty years or so, Madonna's Confessions on a dance floor era will certainly be remembered as one of the high points of her career. She's 48 and she looks simply divine, she keeps up with the dancers that are almost twenty years her junior. I am also very glad to report that all the songs were sung live, which is good because she actually sounds better live. Each song was so unique, the visuals where stunning. The performance of 'Live to tell' was fantastic and had me awestruck, 'Isaac' was exotic and gorgeous and was rich with political symbolism, the Arabic horn, the American eagle set free. I particularly liked the rockin performance of 'I Love New York', i almost stood up in my lounge room and cheered when she told her critics to suck George Bushes ****. And then again i was impressed by the 70's inspired music (inferno remix). This Spectacular decedent Concert made a fan out of me.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - a great set
I've bought this set a few days ago and am very glad I did. It has the whole concert from London in a very high quality... very professional. I've enjoyed it very much and can't wait for Madonna to come and perform again in Israel!
buy this, and you'll enjoy and won't be able to stop dancing!
